Oh gosh- more ice and snow headed our way. Hasn't started here yet, but pray for my daughter- she has to drive an hour to school and will be driving right into the bad stuff. I hope she stays home, but she has missed so much already this term I'm sure she will try to go.

I bought a new Bible today. It's the NIV Archaeological Study Bible. I'm having my dinner with you guys, then I'm going to delve into my bible. I'm so excited! Does anyone here have it? It came with a CD. I think I'm going to give that to a friend of mine. I doubt if I will use it.

That sounds so cool! I bet they'd have one at NPH. I may have to buy one. I'm assuming it has archaeological studies/finds noted next to where they occur in scripture? That would be such a useful resource..especially in some of the forums around here..

Spaghetti here... sauce I cooked in the crockpot all last night and today. Delish!

Ooooo, I prefer to cook my sauce slowly, too, and unless I have a few hours to prepare dinner, I feel rushed. The kitchen is the only place I get creative.
