I change it to CFW Walther. Radidio was to "Rad" so I changed it to RadMan. Thats not as radical---is it?I noticed that your username was changed on your old account, Rad. Did you change it?
Hope you stay dry!Hey guys, behave yourselves this weekend as I'll be gone with the Girl Scouts camping!!!![]()
Well, I am off to Des Moines again. Second time this week. This is for sending son to Army basic training, part 2. He was to go on Wednesday, but there was a snafu so he had to wait until Friday.
Yesterday coming home, we ran into a very heavy down pour. The kind where one needs to stop as you can't see the lines very well. I am so tired of all the rain. It just keeps on coming.
See you when I get back.
Lambie, enjoy your weekend.
Tornadoes are one of mine, too..Yuck Bad BAD BADDDD storms just went through the Chicagoland area. Not fun. My house and a few streets all around it were ok, but the other side of town and the surrounding towns got it bad with strong winds uprooting trees and such.
Did I tell you guys my worst fear is tornadoes? Not sure why I deserve the protection I got today, but I'm very thankful.
If it's like this tomorrow night when we leave, I've already e-mailed the coordinator of the trip and told her that I'll have the girls who were supposed to drive with me just spend the night at my house and we'll leave Saturday morning when it's safer. The camp doesn't have a very good tornado shelter...I've seen it
Prayers for our area appreciated!
Thanks!![]()

NC doesn't have many thunder storms, they are pretty rare. Even more rare at night time, so I slept in peace.
But now......
**YAWN**
One eye stays open all night long! I think I need one of those storm radio thingies.
You can have it. I'll take the country. Especially my cabin in the woods. This is almost exactly what it looks like except I have a railing and it's on a slight incline. A story and a half with a great room and balcony/loft.I miss St. Louis.![]()
