That reminds me, going to make cookies yet this afternoon. The guys want chocolate chip.

You guys all did a great job on that born again thread. I kept thinking about it this morning during the baptism at church. Sometimes I wonder how other denominations come up with some of their theology. We had a little about it in "Thursday School" (my congregation's forerunner to catechism class) but it's been a loooong time since 5th grade.

it is to keep us modest, i suppose...i am guessing that is why our "under clothes" all look like boxers and a tank top, lol

Yeah, even with the "plus sized" top and pants, my character looks more pregnant than fat. *laughs*

I've been reading the Four Day Win and working some of the exercises. It's been a real revelation for me in the area of weight loss. I mean, every diet tells you basically "eat less and move more", right? But this deals with more of the mental preparation -- the early stages of the theory of change (pre-contemplation, contemplation, preparation) before you get to the "action" phase that most diets start with. It's been eye-opening to see not so much what I should eat or not eat, but why I eat what I do (and as much as I do), and to work through exercises that help me identify that and change it.
