Hang in there Sis! You'll be able to breathe freely once the BK proceedings wind down to the close. Then all the hassle and trouble will be over and you two can concentrate on rebuilding your lives.

Looks like it's going to be a wet, soggy Christmas around here.

I posted a few photos in my wife's FB page today. It's kinda wierd posting to a FaceBook account for some who's been dead for twenty years... Oh well, if it makes the kids feel better, that's quite all right with me. Anyway, they were a few of Robin's favourites.

Jus' hadda be the first, hey Matt?:p Well happy Christmas to you and all of yours. Same to everyone else here!

lol. yup, had to be first.

I went to the Christmas eve service at my church and this time brought my father along with me. He really enjoyed the service. I always thought my dad was not a religious person, but he said he didn't like how the Catholic church is always talking about money during the services. He liked how the Lutheran church is more friendly and small. He said he would go again. Today was a good day.

Merry Christmas, everyone!

It has been the usual crazy around our house. The kids have been singing Christmas songs at the top of their lungs for the past week. School is out, so I have a break from "mom, take me here or there and I need this for school tomorrow morning" and the grass from the science experiment is still alive, brightening it's corner of the kitchen counter. Tiger had a checkup this week and his blood test came back with fabulous numbers: everything well into the normal range for the first time ever. We had a wonderful service at church last night and family visiting later today. We'll be visiting in-laws next week. It's cold, but above zero. There are 6 inches of fresh snow from yesterday, but no blizzard like last Christmas. I've been busy with my hook and yarn and have some cozy shawls, hats, and sweaters to show for it. I still have enough yarn to keep me busy, sane, and happy for the rest of the winter. Mr. Bloomer has been fighting a cold (or several) for weeks, but no one else has caught it. We've had the girls 4 months now, and their case is being transferred from foster to pre-adoption soon, so maybe that will get done before the 8th-grader's confirmation in April. We are blessed.
