My mouth is too small and my roots were dancing so YAY I get to have the rest of the root canal finished on Friday (she got out 3 of 4). Right now I have one filling done and a temporary one on top of the bad tooth.

On the bright side I got a back massage in the dentist chair (it has massaging things). The downside - I had to go to the bathroom 3 times.

what does it mean when your roots are dancing? What kind of dance?

You seem to have a good attitude despite this not being the most pleasant situation, which is commendable. Let us know how Friday goes!

Psychology is my major, history is my minor. Its kind of funny though because I don't even really like history. But I took so many history classes I would have been crazy not to pick history as my minor. I guess at one point I liked it.

My dad just called me and told me one of his close life long friends has stage 4 cancer. Its a scary situation, I pray to God for him.

Oh I had a couple like that. My dentist sent me to and endodontist to do those.

anyone else here not like the news? I know its good to know whats going on, but maybe not for everybody, it often makes me sad after I watch it.

Yea I pretty much don't watch the news. I check the local stuff on their site and they don't publish national/world stuff on the front page.

They should have a channel called 'The happy news' that talks about all the good things that happened. I bet nobody would watch it though, because I think generally people are more fascinated by bad news.

There is a Happy News website: Happy News - Real News. Compelling Stories. Always Positive. I haven't looked at it too much, but your post reminded me of it.

I tend to not watch the news too much either. I seek it out on the internet.

Some things have been on the news lately that have been bothersome to me, so am back to my living without the mainstream media news.

Im doing alright, just taking it easy right now, relaxing in my room.

Im happy to hear your doing well, I know you had it tough with that surgery. As someone who has had some procedures (although not as serious as that one), I know it takes alot out of you physically and mentally.

I wish I had the 4 day weekend. I have to work all weekend. But I have a saying I will use to get through this weekend, I heard it during a boxing match once by one of the commentators(a while ago)...it goes like this, 'what are you going to do, get mad? Your already in a fight.' lol I like that saying because its kind of like why get mad? Its not going to change anything, just take care of buisness.

Came home from a long day at work to happy kids and a wonderful home-cooked dinner from my husband. After dinner, he cleaned up while I met a friend and did Zumba. Came home to one kid in the bathtub (waiting for DH to finish with our son before I take care of our daughter).

I think I can learn to like this "role reversal." I can certainly get used to this.

So I joined Choir last night. My Mom, upon hearing that I was going to join said, "It's about time!". Seems many people are glad I joined. Makes me feel better...LOL I'm so freaking shy. (no, I really really am!)

Other than that, I'm just trying to get this antique computer to work faster. I put in another couple of hamsters but they seem to only take turns on the wheel, not use it together so nothing goes quicker. LOL I need to have a word with my computer geek...er...husband...about getting me a new one soon! It's driving me nutso!

I got a copy of Law and Gospel. I started it and then got busy with a bunch of other things so I need to get back to it. I also have a copy of Grace Upon Grace that I want to get reading. So many books, only so many hours I can spend in the bathtub. LOL
