(Oh my goodness, I was given a pot of kimchee as a gift once! In order not to be rude, I accepted it, and it went in the trunk of my car. It was supposed to be sealed and "keep" ... like it was canned. Long story short - it was neither. Bad kimchee leaked into my trunk. It took FOREVER to get the smell out of my car!
