We still don't know anything about the cases etc. beyond stuff that has already been in the media. But this Tim Pool video covers the various Supreme Court assignments as far as the districts (regions of the country) that each justice covers as far as "New Circuit Assignments" if this goes to the Court things are looking pretty good for Trump! :) I'm posting here since their are very few non-Christian Trump supporters on the board....

The assumption in this video is that Republican-appointed Supreme Court justices do not believe in democracy and rule of law. I don't think being a Republican automatically implies subscribing to Conspiracy theories.

The court is designed to be politically neutral -

There have been a number of times that Trump appointees to the Supreme Court have voted the opposite of what Conservatives and the President want. That is because they view their role as politcall neutral. No reason to believe it will suddenly change.

Have to have faith in the system

I like it.

At this point, It's pretty much about the entertainment and watching the left squalk over something they caused, so whatever perpetuates, I'll take it.

Ok, yeah, it's just a little about irritating the left. :D

Why do you think there are cases with more merit than the previous ones still to be filed?

A huge topic, but will just point to one item of note.

"Pennsylvania counties must separate all ballots received by mail after polls closed on Election Day from the rest of the ballots, the Supreme Court ordered on Friday.

Justice Samuel Alito made the order on Friday evening, saying that all county boards of election must comply with guidance that requires them to keep ballots received after 8 p.m. on Tuesday "in a safe, secure and sealed container separate from other voted ballots." If those ballots are counted, they must also be counted separately."

Supreme Court intervenes in Pennsylvania vote count as Alito orders late ballots separated

Pennsylvania did not do that in defiance of the order... And guess who is assigned to Pennsylvania if a plea is made to the court.... Yep there is the potential for a real spanking in the court by Justice Alito.

They were already keeping those ballots separate and they were never counted. If they are never counted in the future it won't change anything.

It's over. Even if Trump succeeds in suborning the Court, the explosion of anger from the American people at having the election stolen from them, will doom the republican party forever.

I don't think so, I think it will be a repeat of 2000 but with some rioting by BLM, but with a twist that if we get this win their will be some definite signs of malfeasance that will justify the ruling and will in turn warrant some clean up of decades of entrenched local corruption.

And this very notion should not be foreign to us. I took a Political Science class in college as an elective where the professor joked about mayor Daley's saying of "Vote early... Vote Often...". Some of our big cities, have had a legacy of corruption going back a century. In fact we talked in that class about the concept of "patronage" which often involves various kinds of bribery (vote buying especially), and other illegal things that was part of the general system of the old school New Deal Democrats etc.

That deception has crashed and burned...

That was Trump...

Read the article. They would only have one of those votes counted. Are you aware that many people went to vote in person only to be told they had already voted via absentee, even though they had not. Their names had been falsely attributed to mail in ballots without names attached. Actual voter fraud committed by Democrat electoral officials.

They tried that in 2016, also. Some of them got caught and went to jail. Trump voters. That's pretty much the fraud we've been seeing. But it's not widespread. Yes, a republican in North Carolina got caught with widespread cheating but it never got past the authorities.

And one after another, stories like the one you've believed get exposed for the frauds they are. That's why none of Trump's lawsuits are working; they're all just stories with no evidence to support them.

Well in spite of the PA court loss yesterday things still going well.

The judges and Constitutional lawyers are laughing at Trump's lawyers, and one lawsuit after another is being tossed out of court. It's going well for America, but not so well for Trump.

And Americans aren't just taking Trump's attempts to steal the election; they are starting to fight back:

Michigan group sues Trump campaign for alleged mass voter suppression
The lawsuit, filed a day after Trump’s lawyer Rudy Giuliani claimed during a press conference that the president’s campaign had uncovered 300,000 “illegitimate ballots” cast primarily in Detroit, specifically targets Wayne County, where Detroit is located. The residents of the county, which has a large Black population, are facing an echo of “the worst abuses in our nation’s history” at the hands of the Trump administration, the plaintiffs claim.

10,000 Pennsylvania mail ballots arrived after Election Day — too few to change result if thrown out (inquirer.com)

I haven't seen anywhere that they defied the order. Can you provide a reference? (Google search did not). Even if they did not separate them, the number of ballots would not change the outcome so based on what courts have ruled so far they would not wipe out an election when the violation would not change the outcome.

I'm pretty much seeing the same thing lately. Lots of indication by Trump's team that they have tons of evidence, lots of affidavits, etc. But when they get to court they present nothing of any value. It's becoming a repeat each time. My conclusion is they don't have it, because it is past time to present it.
