The fourth beast or Kingdom was made of Iron, it was very mighty and conquered Greece, the third beast or Kingdon, what uprooted from the fourth Kingdom or government was a little horn which is part of the fourth kingdom but uprooted a new kingdom mixed with Iron and clay. Its the feet of the dream so it means its at the end of time, which I believe we are in. It had a deadly wound, but it healed.

Clay is how Christ molds us (Jesus is the potter, we are the clay), so what Daniel is speaking of is a Kingdom or Government in the last days, which I believe we are in, that is both a government and also a religious entity, so church and state mixed. This religious entity/government would be one that the whole world looks up to and wonders after or adapts its thinking and is also called the antichrist which also means in place of Christ. I believe this last beast/kingdom is already here and has been for a while.
