Not to bait and insult...but to prove the point that Palestine's problem isn't truly Isreal and the Jews, but within their own failure to accept UN Conditions in 1949 and take responsibility for their own self government. Nearly 60 years later, they still aren't able or willing to cooperate, even with themselves, to have a land and nation of their own.

While being somewhat facetious and sarcastic...the truth is nevertheless there.

You are proving nothing with such offensive characterizations of the Palestinian people . . .

You ignore the many human rights violations Israel is guilty of, justifying them it appears, simply on the basis of race . . . . You ignore the many UN resolutions AGAINST Israel which Israel ignore with impunity . . . simply on the basis of race

This is an issue of racial superiority. Those who support this Zionist state of Israel do so on the basis of RACE, that this RACE is somehow superior in the eyes of God and entitled to land they have not controlled for almost 2000 years because of RACE! And that the occupants of that land for hundreds upon hundreds of years are NOT entitled to it on the basis of RACE!

Now how is that not blatant racism?

I do continue to blame the Zionists who started this whole mess with their own terrorism which took off during the British Mandate. The sheer absurdity of the argument that the Palestinians should have been more than happy with having 40% of their land taken away from them and given to those who had been terrorizing them is flabbergasting.

If AlQudea said tomorrow “we will stop terrorizing the US, but give us half of Texas” what would your response be?

In 1948 when this proposal was put forth, it was after 30 years of the Palestinian people as well as the British suffering at the hands of Zionist terrorism. Groups such as the Sten Gang and Igrun committed daily attacks against Palestinian villages, populations as well as British officials. Their campaign of terrorism knew no ends, they slaughtered Palestinian children in schools, blew up hotels killing hundreds, kidnapped and publicly executed hundreds of officials.

Of course the Palestinians and Arabs rejected the plan, the plan was essentially rewarding the 30 years of Zionist terrorism by giving these terrorists half of Palestine (when Jews only owned 9% of Palestine in 1945).

Your continuing patter to oversimplify the issue is simply trivializing the complexity of it and if you continue to do it shows you have absolutely no willingness to have an intelligent and rational discussion on this situation and simply want to water it down, blame Palestinians and continue your blind support for the Zionist entity.

So in one word please simply tell me what it is you wish to do, do you wish to have a rational and intelligent conversation on the issue, or do you wish to continue your demeanor and mentality demonstrated in your last dozen posts in this thread. Israel is not a Jewish nation; opposition to Israel is not opposition to Jews or Judaism. Zionism is a largely secular ideology derived from labor Zionism in the early 19th century socialist/communist movement.

Let me give you a history lesson....Texas was and still can be her own nation due to the fact we were brought in (illegally) by treaty. The Civil War was about slavery and states right. A bit of a difference there. OH and Texas was the only one who was allowed to maintain her constitution during Restoration BECAUSE of her National status.
