I have grown so weary on how it is the Jews fault for this and the Jews fault for that.

When a so called nation, where there never was to begin with (if you want to get down to it they have been continually defeated by Israel), kills themselves because they don't like thier president and throws a fit (threatening suicide bombers) because a man is being given a title, they don't deserve to be recongnized.

“Most of all Palestine, for rejecting the proposal of the UN to keep nearly 60% of their land intact if htey would just form a centralized government... -Gwenyfur”

If AlQudea said tomorrow “we will stop terrorizing the US, but give us half of Texas” what would your response be?

In 1948 when this proposal was put forth, it was after 30 years of the Palestinian people as well as the British suffering at the hands of Zionist terrorism. Groups such as the Sten Gang and Igrun committed daily attacks against Palestinian villages, populations as well as British officials. Their campaign of terrorism knew no ends, they slaughtered Palestinian children in schools, blew up hotels killing hundreds, kidnapped and publicly executed hundreds of officials.

Of course the Palestinians and Arabs rejected the plan, the plan was essentially rewarding the 30 years of Zionist terrorism by giving these terrorists half of Palestine (when Jews only owned 9% of Palestine in 1945).

Your continuing patter to oversimplify the issue is simply trivializing the complexity of it and if you continue to do it shows you have absolutely no willingness to have an intelligent and rational discussion on this situation and simply want to water it down, blame Palestinians and continue your blind support for the Zionist entity.

So in one word please simply tell me what it is you wish to do, do you wish to have a rational and intelligent conversation on the issue, or do you wish to continue your demeanor and mentality demonstrated in your last dozen posts in this thread. If it is the latter, please say so and save me the time of any future responses. I have 3 children, and if I want to get into a childish argument I will ask them which power ranger is the best.

“ but continue to blame the Jews instead of themselves-Gwenyfur”

Israel is not a Jewish nation; opposition to Israel is not opposition to Jews or Judaism. Zionism is a largely secular ideology derived from labor Zionism in the early 19th century socialist/communist movement.

KarrieTex, are you going to address the questions posed to you as well as the points raised in my response to your post. Or is that a lost cause?

I believe the US civil war proved that assertion incorrect, but feel free to substitute which ever state you wish. I don’t think it will change the outcome of your answer.

Let me give you a history lesson....Texas was and still can be her own nation due to the fact we were brought in (illegally) by treaty. The Civil War was about slavery and states right. A bit of a difference there. OH and Texas was the only one who was allowed to maintain her constitution during Restoration BECAUSE of her National status.

So uhmmm nope wrong there

Aside to the room...they would want us for our oil anyway.

Obviously no one here at this time is committed to a intelligent, mature and reasonable conversation on the subject. Seeing as that is all I am interested in I shall withdrawal in till someone who wishes to engage in that intellectual discourse enters.

Sorry for wasting my time on you two. You are both in my hearts and my prayers that you will walk more and more in the path of Jesus Christ and embrace his message over propaganda and nationalistic egos which may lead you away from his message and cause the support of such an unchristian institution.

God bless.

What?

You've never been taught that the wisdom to solving all the world's problems and baseline for truth is found only in 2 places...

1st - Scripture...where one learns the wisdom of G-d

2nd - The comic pages, where one learns to laugh at themselves and appreciate the irony of their own messed up choices.

not when they plot things like this:
The cell from the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine, a small PLO faction, hoped to demand release of their leader, Ahmed Saadat, who is in an Israeli prison after his group claimed responsibility for assassinating an Israeli Cabinet minister.
The statement did not give further details about the alleged plot.
The cell also planned to attack a synagogue in Modiin, a town of 60,000 between Jerusalem and Tel Aviv, the statement said.
LINK

These types of plots aren't the act of a political entity seeking legitimacy, but the act of terrorists seeking genocide.

Else they wouldn't plot attacks on synagogues...but on public officials...

Except the Jews were given the Convenant to the land that they are and you were not.

It is NOT your land.
What a prejudicial and poorly informed statement.

The Jews were given the land by convenant for a time, for the duration of the convenant. And during that covenant, it was taken away from them . . . .

Christians of the first century understood the destruction of the temple in Jerusalem was final. The Old Covenant was obsolete and passing away at the time of Paul before this happened. . it was finished in 70AD

To say that the land belongs to the Zionists because of an ancient convenant regarding the land which has been fulfilled and ended and not to the Palestinians is purely prejudicial and biased.

There is no truth in such a statement.

And quite frankly, until you Palestinians settle down, and quit sending suicide bombers into Israel to maim and kill innocent civilians, there are several things that will continue to take place.

1. You will NOT be taken seriously on the world stage, because this suicide bombers are uncivilized savages.
2. You will NOT see an end to Israeli retaliation.

I'd strongly suggest that you accept the fact that Palestinians need to come into the 21st Century. Israel has the right to exist as a sovereign nation. Stop trying to annihilate them, and life will be MUCH better for you!

Logical fallacy - assumes facts not in evidence.

What a poorly informed and misguided statement. Such prejudice.

I am sorry to see my christian palestinian brethren being treated so badly at a "Christian" forum . .

What would've been wrong with making Israel a state, but allowing all there to stay and the Jews whose ancestors lived there return? There was enough room, yes?
Is the state the people? Some in America don't believe Bush represents them.

Before Israel was made a state by the UN, the Zionists were practicing terrorism for years against the Palestinian arabs. When Israel was made a state, Palestinians were forced off their land, were forced to turn it over to the Zionists and move.

Why should a people who have not owned the land there for 2000 years be able to force others off the land almost 2000 years later?

Zionism is not from God HD . . . quite the contrary . . . .

There are no false assumptions. GOD gave ABRAHAM the convenant for the child of SARAH'S WOMB not HAGAR.

For an OLAM Karrie . . for an OLAM . . an AGE . . not forever as in undending, but for a limited period of time.

That time has come and gone. The convenant is NO MORE!

To argue that it is still in effect is to ignore what the scriptures say about it.

Also, until your people (if that is what they are) stop killing themselves because they don't like the president in office, killing Jews because gasp they are Jews, and funding other terrorists groups to MURDER other Christians then don't you talk to me about what you think you deserve.

More prejudice from a narrow world view that lifts up the state of Israel high on a pedestal and demonizes the Palestinians simply because of bloodlines. . .

God is not a respector of persons . . . . He will hold us accountable for being such . .. .

YOUR country...oh wait Palastine is NOT a country but a region...stops declaring war on Israel then maybe you can be whole. You want war well defeat is part of it.

How an a non-country declare war?

You limited and heavily biased world view prevents you from seeing the truth, that the state of Israel does no belon on any type of pedestal, let alone the one you have put it on, and the Palestinains are not demons, but human beings who have suffered incredibly at the hands of the Zionist terrorists, both before and after Israel was given statehood by the UN.

Ignoring history will not make it go away. Zionists are the instigator in this whole affair.

My family did not burn alive in an oven for YOUR people to strap CHILDREN with bombs and get on a bus to maim and kill as many Jews as you can just because they are Jews.

They why did your family burn alive in an oven so Zionists could bomg innocent Palestinian civilians, women and children?

Why is it OK for Zionist terrorists to act in this manner towards the Palestinians, but not the other way around?

Does the fact that you family burned alive in an oven justify the terrorist acts of Zionists both before and after 1948?

How so?

Where is your rage for those continuous acts of terrorism by Zionist Jews?
