  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

That's why they get cancelled. Not enough creative minds out there to appreciate the productions and be able to keep up with the concepts, so ratings drop. Perhaps there should be a special channel for all the smart shows that got cancelled lol

What better way to say what you think's going on? without some faint-hearted-hero hitting the report button, real-time. Maybe we need a code. I've been toying with the idea of making an "X-Files: The Missing Books" thread.

All I'm after in a Movie or TV, are well-written and well-acted characters. But when the script speaks to what's going on real-time... I'm all over it. Chris Carter definitely knew what was going on... "My Struggle".

I'm guessing you didn't like the Teen Wolf Series, either?

Unless you hide under a very thick veil... you'll never reach the generation coming up. In Teen Wolf, the bad-guys were the vigilantes, and the good-guys were the freaks. Seth Green was one of the good-guys... not drugged-out this time.

X-Files is one of my all time favorite shows, saw every single episode, I only have two other programs that are my all time favorite, the original Dark Shadows serial and The Sopranos.
