After a few years of being screwed around by Warner Music in America, they slagged off the company on an Australian music forum and their contract was nullified.
They've now signed with Sony Music worldwide and had a huge hit in Australia and the UK last year with a ballad called "You Ruin Me". It topped the charts for 3 weeks in Australia, and debuted and peaked at No.8 in the UK.
I've been a fan of them since they basically first started and met them 8 times in person. They're both really lovely women who are looked on as role models by their audience, especially with the volunteer work they do with Australia Zoo's "Wildlife Warriors" program and Sea Shepherd. Jessica Origliasso from the band is very much into spirituality and metaphysics.
