Glad he will be okay.My four year old burned his hand on a coal stove while on a playdate. He said, "I just wanted to see how hot it was!"
He's going to be ok. The doctor said there won't be much scaring. Just blistered up and hurt really bad!! I guess he found out how hot that stove was!

My daighter did that once!! I had gotten a rice cooker for Christmas a few years ago, and was making my traditional blackeyed peas, rice and corn bread for New Years dinner. I walked in the kitchen, and saw her standing there with a strange look on her face. I asked her what was wrong, and she said, I touched that (it had the red light thgat meant it was on) and I asked her Why? She said I wanted to see if it was hot! I said, you found out, didn't you!! She wasn't hurt, though, just red for a while. She never did that again!
