Remember: "In the end it was the Democrats who introduced Russian disinformation, from a Russian agent, into the investigative record."2) The FBI has verified some emails that were claimed were to come from Hunter Biden did come from Hunter Biden.
However I don't see how you can read a news article that says a news organization has been provided a COPY of a hard drive and said it does not appear to be a fake hard drive means that the FBI have verified the source of all the material.
I’m pretty sure that that’s not how Grand Juries work though.I'd like to see Hunter before a grand jury; so that they can ask him anything that they wish, and subpoena anyone they wish.
Would they be allowed to subpoena Joe; or would he need to be impeached first?
Yes, (at least some of) the files on the hard-drive are legit Hunter Biden emails.Remember: "In the end it was the Democrats who introduced Russian disinformation, from a Russian agent, into the investigative record."
Could you please spell this out? Who introduced what from whom?Remember: "In the end it was the Democrats who introduced Russian disinformation, from a Russian agent, into the investigative record."
I couldn't spell it out any more clearly than Grassley did.Could you please spell this out? Who introduced what from whom?
I'm all for the investigation. I think that it would be fair to ask Hunter if these are legitimate emails; and if they are not; then why did he save them on his computer over the course of time.Yes, (at least some of) the files on the hard-drive are legit Hunter Biden emails.
It still could be Russian disinformation. They’ve been known to hack stuff.
I mean, it has to be investigated, right?
I'm pretty sure that they can call any witnesses that they wish, and ask any questions that they wish, so long as it is relevant to the case.I’m pretty sure that that’s not how Grand Juries work though.
They cannot subpoena a private citizen to grill him until he coughs up the goods!
A grand jury is empaneled, (usually, after, say, an investigation by the august US House of Representatives), where the freedom to ask Mr Biden anything at all is “normal”.
From my perspective, that reads as a confession that neither of you can spell it out clearly.I couldn't spell it out any more clearly than Grassley did.
No, they can not. That is not how grand juries work. Prosecutors and investigators can present witnesses within the bounds of the law and present evidence to the grand jury who can ask clarifying questions of those witnesses, but they can't subpoena just anyone they want. The grand jury itself doesn't have subpoena powers as far as I'm aware. They would have to go through the prosecutors or a judge and request it if they can even do that.I'm pretty sure that they can call any witnesses that they wish, and ask any questions that they wish, so long as it is relevant to the case.
I see cancerous tentacles in this case, cancerous in their capacity to continue to spawn new tentacles.
You'd first have to establish that this alleged computer actually exists. A photo would be a start. Then you'd have to establish that Hunter was even previously aware these fake emails existed. Then you'd have to establish that they were ever actually stored on this alleged computer, rather than being manufactured and circulated elsewhere . One also wonders who would manufacture them, and why.I'm all for the investigation. I think that it would be fair to ask Hunter if these are legitimate emails; and if they are not; then why did he save them on his computer over the course of time.
What emails in particular require investigation?I'm all for the investigation. I think that it would be fair to ask Hunter if these are legitimate emails; and if they are not; then why did he save them on his computer over the course of time.
From, my perspective, that reads as a confession that you didn't watch the video. From my perspective, that reads as a confession that neither of you can spell it out clearly.
The FBI says that they have the HD in their possession, and that the repair shop owner was given a receipt for the HD. That's good enough for me.You'd first have to establish that this alleged computer actually exists. A photo would be a start.
The emails are posted online; if you want to do your own research. If I were on a grand jury in this case, I would give diligent consideration to all of them as potential evidence. What emails in particular require investigation?
Where is your evidence to support this strawman rebuttal? No, they can not. That is not how grand juries work. Go for it.I stopped watching when Grassley started lying.
So, let's try again:
Go for it.
The information that you seek is in the video. If you watch it again; I have confidence that you can comprehend it."Go for it" what?
