THE TIMES OF RESTORATION OF ALL THINGS.
`God….may send Jesus Christ, who was preached to you before, whom heaven must receive until THE TIMES OF RESTORATION OF ALL THINGS, of which God has spoken by the mouth of all His holy prophets since the world began.` (Acts 3: 20 & 21)
I believe God reveals what the ALL THINGS are.
`Christ….for by Him ALL THINGS were created that are in heaven and that are on earth, visible and invisible, whether throne or dominions or principalities or powers. ALL THINGS were created through Him and for Him.` (Col. 1: 16)
Here we see that the ALL THINGS are focusing on rulership positions in every realm of God`s great kingdom, all created by Him and for Him.
Now we are told in scripture that although everything was created perfect, sin entered in and rulership rebelled. We are told by the Old Testament prophets Isaiah (14: 13)& Ezekiel (28) that this occurred first by Lucifer, the kingpriest in the third heaven. He was cast from his throne and that remains vacant till God appoints the worthy one. (Ez. 28: 16)
At the moment the Lord Jesus is above all at the right hand of the Father on high. Soon however He will be given His own throne/authority (Rev. 3: 21) by the Father and rule physically, in His glorified body from there.
All other rulerships will step by step come under His rule. (1 Cor. 15: 24) Then finally there will be the New Heavens and New Earth in which all things are made new and righteous rulership operates.
