The TEN COMMANDMENTS codified in Two Tables Of Sapphire Stone at Mt. Sinai:

(01) I [am] the LORD thy God, which have brought thee out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondage. (Exodus 20:2) Thou shalt have no other gods before me. (Exodus 20:3)

(02) Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image, or any likeness [of any thing] that [is] in heaven above, or that [is] in the earth beneath, or that [is] in the water under the earth: (Exodus 20:4) Thou shalt not bow down thyself to them, nor serve them: for I the LORD thy God [am] a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth [generation] of them that hate me; (Exodus 20:5) And shewing mercy unto thousands of them that love me, and keep my commandments. (Exodus 20:6)

(03) Thou shalt not take the name of the LORD thy God in vain; for the LORD will not hold him guiltless that taketh his name in vain. (Exodus 20:7)

(04) Remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy. (Exodus 20:8) Six days shalt thou labour, and do all thy work: (Exodus 20:9) But the seventh day [is] the sabbath of the LORD thy God: [in it] thou shalt not do any work, thou, nor thy son, nor thy daughter, thy manservant, nor thy maidservant, nor thy cattle, nor thy stranger that [is] within thy gates: (Exodus 20:10) For [in] six days the LORD made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them [is], and rested the seventh day: wherefore the LORD blessed the sabbath day, and hallowed it. (Exodus 20:11)

(05) Honour thy father and thy mother: that thy days may be long upon the land which the LORD thy God giveth thee. (Exodus 20:12)

(06) Thou shalt not kill. (Exodus 20:13)

(07) Thou shalt not commit adultery. (Exodus 20:14)

(08) Thou shalt not steal. (Exodus 20:15)

(09) Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbour. (Exodus 20:16)

(10) Thou shalt not covet thy neighbour's house, thou shalt not covet thy neighbour's wife, nor his manservant, nor his maidservant, nor his ox, nor his ass, nor any thing that [is] thy neighbour's. (Exodus 20:17)

The TEN COMMANDMENTS...

The TEN COMMANDMENTS given again from the lips of Moses, spoken before the Promised Land:

(01) I [am] the LORD thy God, which brought thee out of the land of Egypt, from the house of bondage. (Deuteronomy 5:6) Thou shalt have none other gods before me. (Deuteronomy 5:7)

(02) Thou shalt not make thee [any] graven image, [or] any likeness [of any thing] that [is] in heaven above, or that [is] in the earth beneath, or that [is] in the waters beneath the earth: (Deuteronomy 5:8) Thou shalt not bow down thyself unto them, nor serve them: for I the LORD thy God [am] a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth [generation] of them that hate me, (Deuteronomy 5:9) And shewing mercy unto thousands of them that love me and keep my commandments. (Deuteronomy 5:10)

(03) Thou shalt not take the name of the LORD thy God in vain: for the LORD will not hold [him] guiltless that taketh his name in vain. (Deuteronomy 5:11)

(04) Keep the sabbath day to sanctify it, as the LORD thy God hath commanded thee. (Deuteronomy 5:12) Six days thou shalt labour, and do all thy work: (Deuteronomy 5:13) But the seventh day [is] the sabbath of the LORD thy God: [in it] thou shalt not do any work, thou, nor thy son, nor thy daughter, nor thy manservant, nor thy maidservant, nor thine ox, nor thine ass, nor any of thy cattle, nor thy stranger that [is] within thy gates; that thy manservant and thy maidservant may rest as well as thou. (Deuteronomy 5:14) And remember that thou wast a servant in the land of Egypt, and [that] the LORD thy God brought thee out thence through a mighty hand and by a stretched out arm: therefore the LORD thy God commanded thee to keep the sabbath day. (Deuteronomy 5:15)

(05) Honour thy father and thy mother, as the LORD thy God hath commanded thee; that thy days may be prolonged, and that it may go well with thee, in the land which the LORD thy God giveth thee. (Deuteronomy 5:16)

(06) Thou shalt not kill. (Deuteronomy 5:17)

(07) Neither shalt thou commit adultery. (Deuteronomy 5:18)

(08) Neither shalt thou steal. (Deuteronomy 5:19)

(09) Neither shalt thou bear false witness against thy neighbour. (Deuteronomy 5:20)

(10) Neither shalt thou desire thy neighbour's wife, neither shalt thou covet thy neighbour's house, his field, or his manservant, or his maidservant, his ox, or his ass, or any [thing] that [is] thy neighbour's. (Deuteronomy 5:21)

The TEN COMMANDMENTS...

The TEN COMMANDMENTS of the New Testament:

(01) (Matthew 4:10) (Mark 12:30) (Luke 10:27) (1 Corinthians 8:5-6)

(02) (1 John 5:21) (Acts 15:20, 17:29) (1 Corinthians 10:7,14, 12:2) (2 Corinthians 6:16) (1 Thessalonians 1:9) (Galatians 5:20-21) (Ephesians 5:5) (Colossians 3:5) (1 Peter 4:3) (Revelation 2:14,20, 9:20, 21:8, 22:15)

(03) (Matthew 12:36) (Romans 2:24) (Colossians 3:8) (Ephesians 5:4) (1 Timothy 6:1) (Revelation 16:9)

(04) For the Son of man is Lord even of the sabbath day [JESUS created it, see John 1:1-3]. (Matthew 12:8) How much then is a man better than a sheep? Wherefore it is lawful [Law Fulfilling] to do well [morally excellent] on [during] the sabbath days [The 7th day. Pharisees bogged it down, JESUS clarifies, unties it from legalism, not abolishes]. (Matthew 12:12) But pray ye that your flight be not in the winter, neither on the sabbath day: [proof of future keeping Sabbath by followers of CHRIST JESUS] (Matthew 24:20) And they went into Capernaum; and straightway on the sabbath day he entered into the synagogue, and taught. (Mark 1:21) And he said unto them, The sabbath was made for man ["man" - "anthropos" = "mankind, humankind, all from Adam"; made to be a blessing and a rest time with GOD], and not man for the sabbath [not to be a burden as the Pharisees had made it into, a chore]: (Mark 2:27) Therefore the Son of man is Lord also of the sabbath [the true LORD's Day]. (Mark 2:28) And he saith unto them, Is it lawful to do good on the sabbath days, or to do evil? to save life, or to kill? But they held their peace. (Mark 3:4) And when the sabbath day was come, he began to teach in the synagogue: and many hearing [him] were astonished, saying, From whence hath this [man] these things? and what wisdom [is] this which is given unto him, that even such mighty works are wrought by his hands? (Mark 6:2) And when the sabbath was past [continuance of keeping the 7th Day Sabbath], Mary Magdalene, and Mary the [mother] of James, and Salome, had bought sweet spices, that they might come and anoint him. (Mark 16:1) And he came to Nazareth, where he had been brought up: and, as his custom was [CHRIST JESUS was without sin, without transgression], he went into the synagogue on the sabbath day, and stood up for to read [compare Acts 17:2]. (Luke 4:16) And came down to Capernaum, a city of Galilee, and taught them on the sabbath days. (Luke 4:31) And he said unto them, That the Son of man is Lord also of the sabbath. (Luke 6:5) And it came to pass also on another sabbath, that he entered into the synagogue and taught: and there was a man whose right hand was withered. (Luke 6:6) And he was teaching in one of the synagogues on the sabbath. (Luke 13:10) The Lord then answered him, and said, [Thou] hypocrite, doth not each one of you on the sabbath loose his ox or [his] ass from the stall, and lead [him] away to watering? (Luke 13:15) And ought not this woman, being a daughter of Abraham, whom Satan hath bound, lo, these eighteen years, be loosed from this bond on the sabbath day? (Luke 13:16) And it came to pass, as he went into the house of one of the chief Pharisees to eat bread on the sabbath day, that they watched him. (Luke 14:1) And they returned, and prepared spices and ointments; and rested the sabbath day according to the commandment ["rested according to the 4th Commandment"]. (Luke 23:56) And immediately the man was made whole, and took up his bed, and walked: and on the same day was the sabbath. (John 5:9) And it was the sabbath day when Jesus made the clay, and opened his eyes. (John 9:14) But when they departed from Perga, they came to Antioch in Pisidia, and went into the synagogue on the sabbath day, and sat down. (Acts 13:14) And after the reading of the law and the prophets the rulers of the synagogue sent unto them, saying, [Ye] men [and] brethren, if ye have any word of exhortation for the people, say on. (Acts 13:15) Then Paul stood up, and beckoning with [his] hand said, Men of Israel, and ye that fear God, give audience. (Acts 13:16) And when the Jews were gone out of the synagogue, the Gentiles besought that these words might be preached to them the next sabbath [the Gentiles asked to hear the message on Sabbath, the 7th day to keep the HOLY Day of the LORD]. (Acts 13:42) And the next sabbath day came almost the whole city [“Jews and Gentiles”] together to hear the word of God. (Acts 13:44) For Moses of old time hath in every city them that preach him, being read in the synagogues every sabbath day [for there were many Strangers seeking GOD and kept Sabbath, but were not yet circumcised to become a full Jew, see Isaiah 56:6]. (Acts 15:21) And on the sabbath we [We, being Paul and Luke [a converted gentile physician/historian]] went out of the city by a river side, where prayer was wont to be made [Prayer being made on the Holy Sabbath out in nature]; and we sat down, and spake unto the women which resorted [thither]. (Acts 16:13) And Paul, as his manner was [just as JESUS], went in unto them, and three sabbath days reasoned with them out of the scriptures, [compare Luke 4:16] (Acts 17:2) And he reasoned in the synagogue every sabbath, and persuaded the Jews and the Greeks. [Paul kept Sabbath every week for 1 ½ years (78 est. Sabbaths), see Acts 18:11 in a house connected to the Synagogue, after removing himself, see Acts 18:7] (Acts 18:4) For he spake in a certain place of the seventh [day] on this wise, And God did rest the seventh day from all his works. (Hebrews 4:4) And in this [place] again, If they shall enter into my rest. (Hebrews 4:5) Seeing therefore it remaineth that some must enter therein, and they to whom it was first preached entered not in because of unbelief: (Hebrews 4:6) Again, he limiteth a certain day, saying in David, To day, after so long a time; as it is said, To day if ye will hear his voice, harden not your hearts. (Hebrews 4:7) For if Jesus [Joshua] had given them rest, then would he not afterward have spoken of another day. (Hebrews 4:8) There remaineth [Apoleipo, (passive voice) to be left behind for others, remain unchanged, be reserved, in this case NOT meaning “abandoned”] therefore [ie, because of the already given argument and example of the wilderness in Hebrews 3-4, in that they (Israel; the first generation people) entered not into the promised land because of unbelief and through unbelief failed to keep the commandments of GOD] a rest [Sabbatismos, literally keeping Sabbath] to the people of God [ie. Christians, Spiritual Israel are to keep the 7th Day Sabbath, for as we enter into the rest given by CHRIST JESUS, we are then able to cease from our sins and works to obtain salvation, abide in HIM, and we trust/rest in HIM and obey HIM when HE asks us, "if ye love me keep my commandments" as is found in Exodus 20:6 and John 14:15]. (Hebrews 4:9) For he that is entered into his rest, he also hath ceased from his own works, as God [did] from his. (Hebrews 4:10) Let us labour therefore to enter into that rest, lest any man fall after the same example of unbelief. (Hebrews 4:11) I was in the Spirit on the Lord's day [Lord's Day is not Sunday - the first day, but rather the LORD's Day is The 7th Day, see Isaiah 58:13: “MY HOLY DAY”, Matthew 12:8: “Son of Man is Lord even of the Sabbath”, Genesis 2:2-3: “GOD Rested, Blessed and Sanctified”, Exodus 20:10: “The Seventh Day...The Sabbath of the LORD”, Leviticus 23:3: “it [is] the Sabbath of the LORD”, Leviticus 23:38: “(keep “your” sabbaths (temporary yearly types added at Sinai which pointed forward, ending at the Cross, etc) and feasts) BESIDES (noting distinction, also, in addition to) “the Sabbaths of the LORD””, an example of Christians keeping the LORD's Sabbath after JESUS death, see Luke 23:56: “rested the Sabbath day according to the commandment” and see all of the passages in the Book Of Acts written by Luke], and heard behind me a great voice, as of a trumpet, (Revelation 1:10) Saying with a loud voice, Fear God, and give glory to him; for the hour of his judgment is come: and worship him that made heaven, and earth, and the sea, and the fountains of waters [A clear reference to the Creator of the Creation and its Memorial, the Sabbath, See Exodus 20:11]. (Revelation 14:7)

(05) (Matthew 15:4, 19:19) (Mark 7:10, 10:19) (Luke 18:20) (Ephesians 6:1-3) (Colossians 3:20)

(06) (Matthew 5:21-22, 19:18) (Mark 10:19) (Luke 18:20) (Romans 1:29,32, 13:9) (James 2:11)

(07) (Matthew 5:27-28,32, 19:18) (Mark 10:11-12,19) (Luke 16:18,20) (Romans 13:9) (Colossians 3:18-19) (James 2:11) (2 Peter 2:14)

(08) (Matthew 19:18) (Mark 10:19, 12:17) (Luke 18:20) (Romans 2:21, 13:9) (Ephesians 4:28)

(09) (Matthew 15:9, 19:18) (Mark 10:19) (Luke 18:20) (Romans 13:9) (Colossians 3:9)

The TEN COMMANDMENTS...

The TEN COMMANDMENTS known from the Beginning:

(01) (Genesis 3:5) (Genesis 3:17) (Genesis 24:48)(Genesis 35:2) (Genesis 35:3) (Genesis 35:4)

(02) (Genesis 35:2) (Genesis 35:4)

(03) (Genesis 3:6) (Genesis 9:26) (Genesis 24:27) (Job 1:5) (Job 2:9) (Job 2:10) (Exodus 5:2)

(04) And on the seventh day God ended his work which he had made; and he rested on the seventh day from all his work which he had made. (Genesis 2:2) And God blessed the seventh day [now mentioned 3 times], and sanctified it [Qadash, meaning: to consecrate or set aside for holy use or purpose, the "Sabbath was made for man"; see Mark 2:27]: because that in it he had rested from all his work [GOD is the Example; see Hebrews 4:10] which God created and made. (Genesis 2:3) Because that Abraham obeyed my voice, and kept my charge, my commandments, my statutes, and my laws. (Genesis 26:5) And the king of Egypt said unto them, Wherefore do ye, Moses and Aaron, let the people from their works? get you unto your burdens. (Exodus 5:4) And Pharaoh said, Behold, the people of the land now [are] many, and ye make them rest [Shabath, same word used in Genesis 2:2-3, meaning: to cease, or keep Sabbath] from their burdens. (Exodus 5:5) And said, If thou wilt diligently hearken to the voice of the LORD thy God, and wilt do that which is right in his sight, and wilt give ear to his commandments, and keep all his statutes, I will put none of these diseases upon thee, which I have brought upon the Egyptians: for I [am] the LORD that healeth thee. (Exodus 15:26) Then said the LORD unto Moses, Behold, I will rain bread from heaven for you; and the people shall go out and gather a certain rate every day, that I may prove them, whether they will walk in my law, or no. (Exodus 16:4) [GOD already has a LAW, and it is not called the “Hebrews Law”, but GOD calls it “MY LAW”] And he said unto them, This [is that] which the LORD hath said, To morrow [is] the rest of the holy sabbath unto the LORD: bake [that] which ye will bake [to day], and seethe that ye will seethe; and that which remaineth over lay up for you to be kept until the morning. (Exodus 16:23) And Moses said, Eat that to day; for to day [is] a sabbath unto the LORD: to day ye shall not find it in the field. (Exodus 16:25) Six days ye shall gather it; but on the seventh day, [which is] the sabbath [this does not say that the 7th day now becomes the Sabbath, but it says that the 7th day is the Sabbath already, as it always had been], in it there shall be none. (Exodus 16:26) And it came to pass, [that] there went out [some] of the people on the seventh day for to gather, and they found none. (Exodus 16:27) And the LORD said unto Moses, How long refuse ye to keep my commandments and my laws? (Exodus 16:28) See, for that the LORD hath given you the sabbath, therefore he giveth you on the sixth day the bread of two days; abide ye every man in his place, let no man go out of his place on the seventh day. (Exodus 16:29) So the people rested on the seventh day. (Exodus 16:30) [Exodus 16 takes place 2 weeks before Mt. Sinai]

(05) (Genesis 2:16) (Genesis 2:17) (Genesis 9:22) (Genesis 9:23) (Genesis 9:24) (Genesis 27:8) (Genesis 27:13) (Genesis 27:43) (Genesis 49:2)

(06) (Genesis 2:17) (Genesis 3:1) (Genesis 3:4) (Genesis 3:6) (Genesis 3:19) (Genesis 4:5) (Genesis 4:6) (Genesis 4:7) (Genesis 4:8) (Genesis 4:10) (Genesis 49:6)

(07) (Genesis 2:24) (Genesis 12:15) (Genesis 12:17)(Genesis 12:18) (Genesis 12:19) (Genesis 18:20)(Genesis 20:3) (Genesis 20:4) (Genesis 20:5) (Genesis 20:6) (Genesis 20:7) (Genesis 20:9) (Genesis 20:18)(Genesis 39:9) (Genesis 39:10) (Genesis 49:4)

(08) (Genesis 3:6) (Genesis 31:19) (Genesis 31:30) (Genesis 31:32) (Genesis 31:34) (Genesis 31:36)(Genesis 31:37) (Genesis 44:4) (Genesis 44:5) (Genesis 44:7) (Genesis 44:8) (Genesis 44:9)

(09) (Genesis 3:1) (Genesis 3:4) (Genesis 4:9) (Genesis 27:12) (Genesis 27:19) (Genesis 27:24) (Genesis 27:31)

(10) (Genesis 3:6) (Genesis 20:11) (Genesis 37:11)(Exodus 18:21) (Hebrews 11:25)

The following testimony of Jesus should also be remembered.

Acts 7:38-43
38 This is he, that was in the church in the wilderness with the angel which spake to him in the mount Sina, and with our fathers: who received the lively oracles to give unto us:
39 To whom our fathers would not obey, but thrust him from them, and in their hearts turned back again into Egypt,
40 Saying unto Aaron, Make us gods to go before us: for as for this Moses, which brought us out of the land of Egypt, we wot not what is become of him.
41 And they made a calf in those days, and offered sacrifice unto the idol, and rejoiced in the works of their own hands.
42 Then God turned, and gave them up to worship the host of heaven; as it is written in the book of the prophets, O ye house of Israel, have ye offered to me slain beasts and sacrifices by the space of forty years in the wilderness?
43 Yea, ye took up the tabernacle of Moloch, and the star of your god Remphan, figures which ye made to worship them: and I will carry you away beyond Babylon. KJV

We who follow after that law are no different than our spiritual fathers and have transgressed and sinned as they did.

Wrong... the difference between the COI and us is that they did not know the Father and did not understand the Law is borne out of love... through Jesus, we know the Father and see His beautiful character expressed in the Law.

Joe is right, those who are under the law will be judged by the law.

Another questionable teaching is that there are only ten commendments in the law. Satan is laughing because there are countless sinful acts that men can do.

The sin that we commit may not be related to the words of the ten.com

All you have to do is check your heart and know this truth.

ECR,

The desires of the flesh and of the mind through the law is the same for all men.

Rom 2:14-16
14 For when the Gentiles, which have not the law, do by nature the things contained in the law, these, having not the law, are a law unto themselves:

15 Which shew the work of the law written in their hearts, their conscience also bearing witness, and their thoughts the mean while accusing or else excusing one another;

16 In the day when God shall judge the secrets of men by Jesus Christ according to my gospel. KJV

Jew and Gentile alike, accuse or excuse, through the work of the law being written upon their heart. Sin rises up and deceives all men when the law is written upon their heart. Knowledge puffs up the mind of Jew and Gentile alike. The legalist accuses and the anti-legalist excuses. This is a necessary work of God to give us a mature repentance unto a salvation that need not be repented. It brings us out of our good beginning and necessary childish thoughts of God and Christ into the victory over the wicked one.

This process is witnessed in the graphics of Revelation 4 and 5. It cannot be academically comprehended, but can be experienced through the power of God in Jesus Christ of Nazareth, our Lord, whereby he is able to subdue all things unto himself.

ECR,

You know that our Lord said the law and the prophets hang (derive their authority) from the two greatest commandments.

The fruit is not greater than the tree and branch upon which it hangs.

No one should despise the fruit that the tree bears.

Even the tree is supported by the root.

Joe, I'm sure you know the forum rules regarding arguing our belief... you do not have free license to come in here and challenge fundamental Adventist doctrine. I have given leeway to you and others that seem bent on changing our beliefs with your own, non-adventist doctrine. I'm respectfully asking you to play by the rules... why do you argue with us about our belief in the Ten Commandments?

I'm respectfully asking you to play by the rules... why do you argue with us about our belief in the Ten Commandments?

Please allow anyone and everyone to speak their mind and refuse to report to the forum runners, as it does no good to the cause of truth. We who stand upon the Word of God have not the "spirit of fear", nor are to trust in "chariots and horses".

For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind. 2 Timothy 1:7

ECR,

You know that our Lord said the law and the prophets hang (derive their authority) from the two greatest commandments.

The fruit is not greater than the tree and branch upon which it hangs.

No one should despise the fruit that the tree bears.

Even the tree is supported by the root.

Joe

The word in the Greek for "hang" does not mean "derive authority". It means to "hang, to be suspended [hanging], or to be summed up" [SC, TL].

Matthew 23:26 shows why Jesus answered as He did. The scribe asks specifically which is the "great" commandment... and notice in vs 25 it was to "tempt" Jesus... to get Him to sin [1 John 3:4], break God's Ten Commandments.

The Ten Commandments encompass everything.

I have seen an end of all perfection: [but] thy commandment [is] exceeding broad. Psalms 119:196

Jesus quoted Deuteronomy and Leviticus,

And thou shalt love the LORD thy God with all thine heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy might. Deuteronony 6:5

And since there are no actual chapter breaks in the Hebrew, Moses just got finished quoting the Ten Commandments again in Deut. Chapter 5.

Thou shalt not avenge, nor bear any grudge against the children of thy people, but thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself: I [am] the LORD. Leviticus 19:18

And this in the very context of: "...Ye shall be holy: for I the LORD your God [am] holy...." which Peter also quotes in the NT.

The Law of the Lord is perfect:

The law of the LORD [is] perfect, converting the soul: the testimony of the LORD [is] sure, making wise the simple. Psalms 19:7

even forever and ever:

They stand fast for ever and ever, [and are] done in truth and uprightness. Psalms 111:8

Paul himself says,

Wherefore the law [is] holy, and the commandment holy, and just, and good. Romans 7:12

What shall we say then? [Is] the law sin? God forbid. Nay, I had not known sin, but by the law: for I had not known lust, except the law had said, Thou shalt not covet. Romans 7:7

No one should despise the Ten Commandments...

It is not out of the spirit of fear but in regards to certain posters continually 'wearing out the saints' with their continued unteachable spirit. I realize you are new to the forum and I commend your zeal but even the apostles had to shake the dust off their feet.

Matt 10:14
And whosoever shall not receive you, nor hear your words, when ye depart out of that house or city, shake off the dust of your feet.

I am very tolerent of those opposed to our beliefs and rarely, only in extreme cases, report anyone to the mods... I was just reminding Joe that this forum is for edification among brethren as well as welcoming those that are seeking answers... not a place to debate, endlessly, the points of our faith.

ECR,

Please ask the mods if they consider my posts as arguing or debating or challenging in regard to SdA beliefs.

Please post their response, so that I might see that I am transgressing the rules of the forum, or not.

There have been some deviations from the 28 FBs by some who professedly are defenders of SdA doctrine.

Since I have been a believer in SdA doctrine longer than you have lived, it would be well to bear with posts that you have stated that you do not understand the direction in which they are moving.

Those who openly oppose SdA 28 FBs feel that I am adversarial to their positions concerning the law.

I hope you have eaten and digested and chewed again the testimonies of EGW in 1 Selected Messages concerning the law.

Ahimaaz risked his life to run and tell David that he needed to cross the Jordan that very night. After the victory over Absalom he wanted to run and tell David of the victory. Joab knew that Ahimaaz did not have the maturity of spirit to tell David the full story that his son was dead.

Some on this forum are good men, running like Ahimaaz. But they are not prepared to tell the full story of the law of God.

EGW was over 70 years of age, with much experience in the spiritual warfare of life, when she wrote out her understandings concerning the law as recorded in 1 SM.

Any sin you can think of is derived from transgression of the Ten...
You have no biblical foundation to establish that as a fact. A declaration outside of the scriptures is unacceptable.

Crib,

Consider the height and depth of:

Ex 20:2-3
2 I am the LORD thy God, which have brought thee out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondage.

3 Thou shalt have no other gods before me. KJV

John 16:8-9
8 And when he is come, he will reprove the world of sin, and of righteousness, and of judgment:

9 Of sin, because they believe not on me; KJV

Our Lord Jesus is the Lord our God which spoke the words heard out of the fire on Mt. Sinai. He sent his angel to go before them who heard the words at Sinai.

The Word was sent and became flesh. He died for our sins and was buried. He was raised from the dead by the Spirit/glory of the Father. He sent his angel to John on Patmos to show his bondservants things that must shortly come to pass.

Believing that he was sent and partook of a body prepared for him begins our faith. Believing that he died for our sins and was raised from the dead by the Father matures/finishes our faith and gives us power to confess our Lord unto our sabbath death. When we are raised from the dead, then we will be fully delivered from our captivity, and shall know that we follow on to know the Lord. Now we live and wait in hope for his appearing. He will bring us his righteousness and save us from wrath.

Rom 10:9-13
9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.
10 For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
11 For the scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed.
12 For there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek: for the same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon him.
13 For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. KJV
