The sun stings sharply nowadays

In the last one year the sun stings sharply is this caused by the ozone depletion ?

Ten years ago the morning sun bath was warm even until 10 am.
Now it already stings painfully at 8 am.

Do you feel it too ?

No. I have worked outside in construction for the last 35 years for 8-12 hours a day. Its the same as its always been. Maybe its you? It could be your skin is just more sensitive to it...

I do use reading glasses, but they aren't too strong. In my family only my sister and I never needed prescription glasses. Both my kids and grandkids have perfect vision as well. This is a blessing.

My eye doctor told me that I have cataracts (exam five years ago). I told him that it runs in my family. He replied, "Everyone has cataracts." But he said they don't always become a problem.
