Sadly, I don't remember. I just remember it was awesome.... I know, big help, but you seem to know the other games I speak of so.... maybe you are like..... my memory....

All I remember for certain was it was on super nintendo. A friend of mine pushed the game on me..... Id ask him, but I don't talk to him anymore so..... thats of no help.



Well, 1) I was just about always on a substance or two at the time LSD being the most likely. 2) When I borrowed the game from a friend at the time... I was ALSO chasing after a chick from my school (Being that I was in highschool, I had to squeeze in video game and women time simultaneously) 3) Im old and have played a lot of games. . Which just the old in itself is enough to make me forget most everything that I used to know at the drop of a hat.

I dont mind getting older, but why cant my mind/memory etc. stay sharp? I dont care if my skin wrinkles so much as I mind losing memory and mental sharpness.

I used to be able to remember a phone number if it was said once. Now the only phone number that comes to mind is "867 5309"

I used to laugh at people that would walk into a room and have no idea why they were in there. Now, I do that EVERY day, at least once.

I know Im likely to be the crazy man roaming the streets if I dont have kids and a wife to keep me contained when I get older.

See? I did it again, I even forgot I was going to make this a short post.

My friend was looking after this boy, he has downs syndrome. Or something like it. Anyway, we took him another friends place as she invited us to bbq.

He went missing and we couldnt find him anywhere, here one minute, then poof next minute was gone.

We were calling all over the house for him looking everywhere, put the backyard etc. turns out hed made a beeline for my friends computer and started playing games on it.

He didnt even know her! Hed never been to her house before.
My friends daughter said he is ADDICTED to video games. Like he would play a game for 9 hours straight. 9 freakin hours!!!!!

I was shocked. No game can be that great surely. She said he doesnt do anything else.

Well I dont know. Maybe its good for downs syndrome kids?
My friend didnt wanf him online and accessing internet etc on her pc. But later I saw him happy looking at a book. Maybe they need constant stimulation?

I keep hearing about the greatness that is Chrono Trigger. Since there's a rerelease for the DS I just might have to check it out.

In the meantime, I'm playing through Majora's Mask 3D. I never honestly tried to get anywhere in the original for the N64; we bought the game used from a neighbor and the first two temples were already complete. I was young and just liked to screw around when playing hahahaha. I'm about halfway through the last temple now and it's nice to have seen the whole game up to this point

League of Legends, I play a ridiculous amount of League of Legends and have made my way to Gold 3 this season - my other acct got banned last season lol so I use my smurf now; but I tend to play with Platinum and Diamond players on a team, I sub as Jungler when the main Jungler isn't available; the team is top 5 in the Provincial league tournament currently running.

Aside from that, PS4 and XBox One - PS4, Drake's Collection, Battlefront, Battlefield 4, Black Ops 3, Need for Speed, Destiny and the remastered FF13 series; Xbox - H5, Battlefront, Gears of War, and the Tomb Raider pack that came with the Holiday bundle.

It all depends. If you are graphically minded and feel graphics drive the story you might not like it. IF you understand it as an old game and can step back to the time it was created and enjoy the story for what it is.... I think you too will understand the awesome that is.... was Chrono Trigger.... just save your time from worrying about its sequel (Chrono Cross). Just listen to the sequels sound track and you got the best out of that game.

Hmmm, the hypocrisy of my character is interesting I suppose.

I am playing this game as a good guy, but it quite honestly doesnt make much sense.

I become a good guy by stopping a mugging for a couple bucks and the citizens rejoice. Yet, two seconds earlier.... I just hacked someones bank account for $25,000 or more.

Thats like being a hero for saving the life of 1, while then go on a mass shooting spree...

I dont get the whole gaming thing, when my brother were into it, they just turned into zombies. Literally.
And it wasnt even a zombie game they were playing.

My cousins play halo. I asked them if anyone checked that they got sold R16 or R18 games and they said nah.

IF you understand it as an old game and can step back to the time it was created and enjoy the story for what it is.... Another one of my favorites is Secret of Mana.

I liked Secret of Mana, too; in fact, I discovered it just for the first time when I LP'ed the game on YouTube with a friends several years ago. But I still think it is a bit overrated as one of the best SNES games ever, as it did have some glaring flaws, the incredibly poor hit detection being chief among them. It still doesn't come close to comparing to Chrono Trigger, Final Fantasy VI, and a few others that are commonly hailed as the best on SNES.

It certainly did have ambition as a multi-player real-time RPG, though, I must admit.

The memories..

There's nothing like that sense of wonder you got as a child having played a terrific RPG for the first time ever. It turns out Chrono Trigger is actually rather short for an RPG (I beat it in eighteen hours the last time even after exploring all the possible events in the game), but when you are just 11 or 12 and just now discovering RPG's for the first time, it feels like a days-long adventure that you often wonder if you'll ever reach the end of.

SNES was a great platform for the role-playing genre. You will not be disappointed in Chrono Trigger, I assure you, Miss Bananas.

I'm just sorry you went all these 20 years since it was developed in the first place without having experienced the greatness.
