  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
  • We hope the site problems here are now solved, however, if you still have any issues, please start a ticket in Contact Us

I'd say Peter. On the surface, I'm successful in career as he was (He was a excellent fisherman) and I am a leader also. As I have grown with my walk with Christ and I abeginning to realize that like Peter, God is using these traits for his Kingdom. I love the Lord with all my heart and I want to fulfill His purpose for my life, but at time I can be just as irrational, unfaithful, and as Peter was - and as repentant too.

When was your last date and with whom?

How many times do you read your bible a week?

I try to read it every night as part of the "guided tours" in the NIV Student Bible. Most weeks I suceed, but things do come up, so I guess six times a week, on average :)

What do you think of Billy Graham (sorry couldn't think of any better question, and I just started looking through his website...)?

Very sincere, very stays out of politics, trustworthy, never has been in the tabloids at all. Sincere and married to his bride of over sixty years Ruth. That is commitment through the thick and thin.

Yah, chances are my best friend and I would have known each other longer than whatever guy she's gonna date in the future, and she's understanding so I would tell her.

The Globe Theatre in London England, or the Louvre in Paris France? Which would you rather go to iow.

What's your favorite book (excluding the Bible) and why?

Tough one!! Well I guess my fave right now is "Bono In Conversation...". It was really interesting to be able to read the opinions of one of my fave musicians, especially since they were also biblically / faith based, and I think about alot of the same things he seemingly does (especially in regard to poverty- I am definitley called to fighting it!!). I learned alot.

How much time to do spend on CF each day/ week?

What is "love" to you?

Hmmm... well I think that as far as romantic love goes, emotions aside, it consists of ultimately being a choice. I don't understand attraction at all, and why we feel certains ways about some and not others, but I think that we then have to take those feelings and make several choices on what we'll do about them, if we're going to work on the relationship etc (feelings are so feeble, we have to make the choice to commit to sharing our lives with someone and not just "go with our feelings" as they will probably at times change).

I once wrote that "love is a winding path with a whirlwind of outcomes."

As far as family, friend etc love, I think it, again, comes down to choices, deciding if we will honour our family, respect our friends etc, but apart from that I think that all love (romantic or non) may boil down to what I mentioned above, simply honouring, respecting and caring for others and their role in our lives :)

Who is your fave Star Wars character ;) :D
