I can argue with your interpretation of scripture. Scriptures do not say what you impose on it.
I presume you mean rather than the earth rotating. So why does it rise and set? Why, half-way through a sunrise or sunset, do we see half a sun, not a sun getting smaller and smaller as it travels further and further from us?
But the post "That is nonsense" was in reply to your post which consisted of a You Tube video, and nothing else, no Scripture mentioned. It is the video, not Scripture, that Henenza was saying was nonsense.
So you consider that video Scripture?
No. That is observational context not literal. The Bible does not oppose what has been fully proven, only interpretations that go against what has been fully proven go against God’s actual creation.
This pretty lady is not following basic hermeneutics. She is missing context and who is writing to whom for what purpose. For example, Job 37:18- “With Him, have you spread out the skies, Strong as a cast metal mirror?” is not saying the sky is actually “a cast metal mirror,” nor is He saying that the sky is impenetrable. It does reflect heat back to earth, but God is referring to summer heat and drought, which is when Hebrews said the sky is bronze. Most mirrors were made of bronze. Anyhow, God is asking Job if he can create summer heat and drought.
It isn’t and I won’t excuse you because you have been told that hundreds of times across several threads and you persist in your error.
