  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
  • We hope the site problems here are now solved, however, if you still have any issues, please start a ticket in Contact Us

You are baiting. Google it and see for yourself.

No I'm not baiting, I just asked @Hentenza to show me a picture as I can't find any old pictures of the earth from space.

Show me one.
But we have shown you loads, and every time, you reply, "CGI" or "Fish-eye lens." You never seem to provide any evidence of the images being CGI, or taken using a distorting lens.

Just Google "Earth from space."

I just did & I can't find any, they are either photographed through a fish eyed lens or they are a CGI image.

How do you know? And anyway, does a fish eyed lens really make a disc appear to be a globe?

Google it and find out.
I did, and found this AI overview of how a disc is affected by a fisheye lens:

"A fisheye lens distorts a flat disc by applying extreme barrel distortion, which makes the object appear curved and bulged.
The specific effect on the disc depends on its position within the image frame:
  • At the center of the image: A disc placed exactly in the middle of the frame will retain its round shape, but it may appear to bulge outwards toward the viewer.
  • Off-center (above or below the horizontal midline): The disc will be stretched and warped into an oval shape.
    • If positioned below the center, the top and bottom edges of the disc will curve upward, like a smile (concave appearance).
    • If positioned above the center, the top and bottom edges will curve downward, like a frown (convex appearance).
  • Near the edges of the image: The distortion is most extreme, making the disc appear dramatically stretched and bent, often wrapping around the periphery of the frame.

Overall, the fisheye lens produces a surreal, wide-angle view, where perspective is altered and objects closer to the camera appear larger and more prominent, while the background recedes steeply. "

You may notice that there is no mention of making the disc look like a globe.

I am sorry, but I cannot see how, "The clock is based upon the enclosed flat and stationary Earth terrarium that we exist in." can mean, "the clock was made on the basis of of the sun, moon & all the stars."
According to Wikipedia,
The first mechanical clocks in the 14th century, if they had dials at all, showed all 24 hours using the 24-hour analog dial, influenced by astronomers' familiarity with the astrolabe and sundial and by their desire to model the Earth's apparent motion around the Sun.

I do have eyes to see :bigeye:
Having eyes isn't enough. You also need a brain.
Apparently your patented "flat earth glasses" make all images appear as cgi.

Cor - The cheek of it ^_^
It's one of the core reasons I don't believe in evolution. An eye provides no advantage unless there is a nervous system and a visual cortex to go along with it.

Photos of earth from the moon taken by Apollo 8.

Taken aboard Apollo 8 by Bill Anders, this iconic picture shows Earth peeking out from beyond the lunar surface as the first crewed spacecraft circumnavigated the Moon, with astronauts Anders, Frank Borman, and Jim Lovell aboard.

A view of Earth rising above the lunar horizon photographed from the Apollo 10 Lunar Module in May 1969, looking west in the direction of travel. The Lunar Module at the time the picture was taken was located above the lunar farside highlands at approximately 105 degrees east longitude.
