You will find all OT scripture pulled out of context 655 times in the NT
and not one complaint about context, ever. Nor any calls to context.

Now if you can find scripture reference to "context" provide it.

Garbage. How many commandments in God's 10 commandments; 9; 10 or 613 *EXODUS 34:28; DEUTERONOMY 4:13; DEUTERONOMY 10:4? Gods LAW (10 Commandments) has the same role it always has and that is to give us the KNOWLEDGE of GOOD and EVIL; SIN and RIGHTEOUSNESS *ROMANS 3:20; ROMANS 7:7; 1 JOHN 3:4; PSALMS 119:172. All those who CONTINUE in KNOWN UNREPENTANT SIN will not enter into the KINGDOM of HEAVEN *HEBREWS 10:26-27 because they reject the gift of God's dear son *ROMANS 6:23. OBEDIENCE to God's LAW is not how we are saved it is the FRUIT of God's work in us as we BELIEVE and FOLLOW his WORD. If our faith has no fruit it is dead *JAMES 2:18-20; 26 and our tree will be cast down and thrown into the fire *MATTHEW 3:10; 7:19-20; 13:49-50.

Well that has no truth in it. In the days of JESUS and the APOSTLES their bible was the OLD TESTAMENT scriptures. Everything we have in the NEW TESTAMENT scriptures comes from the OLD TESTAMENT scriptures.

It's pretty hard to talk about Noah's Flood as just talk about a boat trip with pets.
Any further meaning is pulling the events out of context.
It was just a boat trip with family and pets.

And they are passages pulled out of context inside the NT.
And nobody complains about context in scripture.

So your complaint is not valid.

Your post does not make any sense. What came first, God's WORD to NOAH to built the ARK or the flood that destroyed mankind because of sin?

    Nope, none at all.

CONTEXT is important for all scripture as it determines the topic of conversation

    Claiming what? *ISAIAH 28:9-10

What has the link you provided have anything to do with not having to read scriptures in CONTEXT?

No person in the New Testament requires, or complains about context.

Hmm your just making it all up now. You do not really think that scriptures CONTEXT is not important in understanding what the scriptures are talking about now do you?

EVERY OT quote in the NT does not ask for or require context.
In fact, the entire reason for quoting scripture
is to take a story or lesson and apply the lesson learned
to a new situation. A lesson is something learned, pulled out of context.

Show one passage that talks about required context.
What I can show you is NT quotes where the lesson
is RIPPED OUT of it's context and twisted to a new situation.
Which you will discover if you look at the chart.

Don't take this the wrong way but if you take that approach of trying to interpret the scriptures out of context to what they are written brother you will end up with the doctrine of devils. Context in important in understanding scriptures.

    Here is two..

    ISAIAH 28:9-10
[9], Whom shall he teach knowledge? and whom shall he make to understand doctrine? them that are weaned from the milk, and drawn from the breasts.
[10], For precept must be on precept, precept on precept; line on line, line on line; here a little, and there a little:

My mistake. One New Testament or New Covenant passage.
    My gift is not history.

I was assuming you already understood my basis:

    2 Corinthians 3:1-18
Are we beginning to commend ourselves again? Or do we need, as some do, letters of recommendation to you, or from you? You yourselves are our letter of recommendation, written on our hearts, to be known and read by all. And you show that you are a letter from Christ delivered by us, written not with ink but with the Spirit of the living God, not on tablets of stone but on tablets of human hearts. Such is the confidence that we have through Christ toward God. Not that we are sufficient in ourselves to claim anything as coming from us, but our sufficiency is from God.

I'm good. Have no worries. I leave the company of people
who leave the topic and get personal. I can take it but I hate
to cause people to be banned. You take care!

All this is saying what I said to you earlier and that is that everything we have from the NEW TESTAMENT comes from the OLD TESTAMENT. It does not say you can take scripture out of context. That would be a false argument.
