Care to elaborate?

At what point during their eternal punishment do you claim the unrepentant will be free from Sin?

God is an all consuming fire: He consumes sin and it is gone forever. Remember, Jesus took the sins of the entire world upon Himself and paid the full price for all.......that is all except the great sin of rejecting Jesus Christ.

All those who will spend eternity in the lake of fire will live with that decision forever. However, the sin of rejecting Jesus lasted only for their lifetime on earth. Once in hell, it is impossible to change earthly decisions. If you wish to say that that sin of rejecting Jesus will last forever, OK. I think it more accurate to say the affects of the sin will last forever.

How does one separate Sin from it's effects?

Sin is a state of being that we are all born into. A state of being separated from God. The unrepentant will never be free from that.

Sins are the individual transgressions we all commit in our lifetimes, but no longer have power to prevent us from salvation.

The unrepentant will suffer for eternity IN THEIR SIN.
They will NEVER be free from it.
