So we can eat or drink anything we want?
How do we do that?
Um, not according to 1 Tim 4:5 we're not.
You bet.
So we can commit adultery and steal?

LLOJ wonders when the word "sabbath" is going to show up![]()
Rituals were rehearsals to teach you how God can justify His grace. The grace comes after the law not under the law. All that have been saved since the beginning of mankind have been saved by the grace of God through faith. At no time has anyone been saved by the works of the law. Rituals do not impart grace. Heck, not even the blood of goats and bulls atone for sin.
So we can eat or drink anything we want?
David had grace and he was "under the law."
That's right. So since we're saved by grace we are free to do want we want when we want?

They "void" the warranty.Yep but some things are not profitable to eat or drink.
Did He ever break the law?Read the teachings of Christ.
What was "sanctified" (set apart) by the word of God?Really? Lets see.
4 For everything created by God is good, and nothing is to be rejected if it is received with gratitude; 5 for it is sanctified by means of the word of God and prayer.
I guess you forgot verse 4.
So there is still a law to obey.If I did either would I be loving God and my neighbor? Of course not.
And the strawmans continue.![]()
I disagree with that
1Cr 8:13 Wherefore, if meat make my brother to offend, I will eat no flesh while the world standeth, lest I make my brother to offend.
We want to give none offence, it might be fine to eat hamburgers and hotdogs for some but others who have a weak conscience and regardeth something unclean (to them it is) and your not walking in love if you deliberately stick your hotdog in his face and say "looky mmmm" delish! If he cant deal with it.

They "void" the warranty.
ROLF
Did He ever break the law?
Nope. He kept it perfectly which is something that you and none of us can do, hence, grace.
What was "sanctified" (set apart) by the word of God?
God called His creation good. His creation included all of the items that were unlawful per the law. Jesus came. God cleaned it all as is supposed to be.
So there is still a law to obey.
No. There is a God to love.
I didn't imply David got his grace from the law. Talk about strawman arguments!![]()
Just say no. It'll make you look better in the long run!
Studies show that folks that have a diet free of animal products live significantly longer than those who don't.1Cr 8:13 Wherefore, if meat make my brother to offend, I will eat no flesh while the world standeth, lest I make my brother to offend.

There is no sacrifice for eating porkStudies show that folks that have a diet free of animal products live significantly longer than those who don't.
Eat up folks!
No pulled pork sammies in Heaven!
Replacement theology at work here.. replacing what God worked so hard establishing in first three thousand years, and Yeshua embodied with His life on the right way of living it... all replaced by the arguments presented.
