me... you... I found resources on CNN. That is reliable.

You are not the ideal person to have a logical, rational debate.
CNN is not a reliable source..it's a liberal news outlet.

And I don't care what you think about me, your sources of information show how much you know about logic.

Ya, your right. CNN payed actors to give testimonies and falsified all this information. For what reason, I don't know. But the fact is, they did. Right?

Let this be a testimony to the power of Ego. Ego will never allow itself to lose. It will defend it's self in all ways. What we need is the virtue of Humility that Jesus showed in his life. Humility is acceptance. Acceptance is an act of a grown soul. A defensive ego is a trait of an irrational immature soul.

God Bless...

Very Interesting.
And Congratulations on 17 years in a committed relationship.

I lived in Homosexuality for 25+ years.
it was alway's about one night stands and selfish lusts.
I see many posts from gay men in relationships that are alway's on the look-out for play partners.
So if your in a monogamous loving relationship, where both of you truely love one another, then God Bless You.

But for me, it alway's felt like SIN!
I alway's felt Dirty.
Maybe I have issues or maybe I was never really gay?

Im 42 now and gave my life to christ.
Im torn apart by this whole gay/ anti-gay issue.
I could love a woman, be in a relationship with one and be faithful.
But why does the idea of Sex without love with a group of men still arouse me????
I don't want to marry a man or have a loving relationship with one.
the idea is kind of gross to me.
Im pretty messed up, I want the love of a good woman, to be faithful to her.
never cheat on her with another woman.
But, I get these desires to have sleazy relationships with a large group of men????
God tells me its a sin. through his word the bible and the holy ghost makes me feel like its a sin, by giving me great shame and guilt.
I hope I can work this out.
Currently Im not acting out on the sinful temptations.
I did at one time, but am fighting it off.

Homosexuality is not the wrath of God.

There are some people through no wrong of their own who suffer from same sex attraction. Some because fo a mis-understanding when they were young and when the door is opened it is almost impossible to close... some, a small percentage for a biological reason, others because they choose to be so.

The attraction itself is a Cross to bear and the suffering and pain is great. But to stay above it is a great feat. I am not saying it can be conquered, maybe a few lucky can, but God gives the strength in each of us to stand against sin if we use His strength.

Choosing the gay lifestyle, that would be invoking the wrath of God that results in eternity in hell. Not because God does not love a person with a homosexual orientation every bit as much as he loves me, but because the homosexual was defeated by the un-natural. If I choose to live a sinful lifestyle, then I am also defeated and suffer the same punishment.

newguy, I am your fellow christian. I really didn't mean to cause a conflict. Hopefully we can be friends.

I really want to come to you as a friend and humbly show you that your actions do not reflect our Lord. You've insulted me.

If there is anything I can do to resolve this, please let me know.

In Christ,
Soulfinder Ev.

You...
So the point is...
me... God is NOT helping the people who are praying, repenting, and doing therapies to "cure" homosexuality.

I provided reliable resource to show that people who really are trying, are killing themselves.

Some God...

Silence speaks volumes. Just a piece of advice. I have spoken here with people who have disagreed with me, but tried to be friends with them, never the less. But I have learrned that some will pretend they are your friends in life, others will never be your friend. But anyone who shuns you because of ideology has other more present and pressing issues that need to be dealt with.

Please, I really do care for my brother. Perhaps we should give him the benifit of the doubt.

Perhaps he has logged off, or is away from his computer.

As far as pagans go, Jesus said that those who believe in Him would have everlasting life.

Those who do not will be condemned.

Please note that God did not send Jesus to condemn the world.

John 3:16-18

16 For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.
17 For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved.
18 “He who believes in Him is not condemned; but he who does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.

We can be friends, however YOUR actions don't reflect our Lord. Our Lord who commanded repentance, something that HOMOSEXUALs don't do.

And as I stated the way the facts are presented DO matter, CNN has been accused of being biased. Hence the term"liberal biase."

I do not condemn them.

They are condemned if thet do not believe in our Lord.

I know that my last post looked bad, but I didn't mean to say that I condemn them. I only meant to quote what the Lord said.
Same applies to unrepentant homosexuals.
