quoting stats saying more people do it is not sound doctrinal or biblical basis for promoting something the bible gives absolutely NO directive to do..
more people doing it only amounts to less people even attempting to ask Gods will for them.
its an act done to self for self from the will of self.it does not edify, build up,or aid anyone else .it has nothing to do with true godly religion.
implying its ok because "more do it" is simply not a correct thought process .
apply that concept to anything.. and you will end up in a quagmire of sin.
ie: more people are practising sodomy ..so it must be ok..?No thats ridiculous.yet that's the premise being used in defense of tattoos.. it is equally unacceptable.
direct scripture has been presented repetitively of what we should do of how we are to behave.yet repetitively it is disregarded.
yet not one single scripture ..inspired of God ..God breathed words,..has or can be given upon which to promote any doctrine encouraging tattoos of any kind.
