i don't know anything about you other than this one post - haven't seen any others, so i don't know what's up,

but i'm not on mine own, even though "they have chariots of iron"(and guns, and needles, and laws, and doctrines of satan, even whole synagogues of satan(with 2000 years documents to defend their ungodliness and crimes against humanity), and multitudes armed and evil and with no moral values)

Apparently requires, since he "could not" drive out the hill people with their chariots of iron, and Jesus "could do no mighty works" in his home town. If it was demands instead of requires, the text would read "would not drive" and "would not do".

I understand that, but what if God has set restrictions on Himself?

We know it's not a matter of "could not" due to insufficient firepower.

I would say that leaves "could not" due to self-restriction.
