Or, they have discovered elements of Acts in Josephus.

At this point I'm going to bow out because our discussion is no longer related to the OP, or creation & evolution. I agree to disagree.

It teaches that Christ is not really one with the Father, because there is at least one piece of data that the Father withheld from him.

It is generally accepted that God the Son, or Jesus Christ, did not know the day or the hour when he was still flesh, before and after the cucifixion. However, now that He sits at the right hand of His father, it is accepted that He does know now as He part of the Holy Trinity in whole. He has now ascended to His rightful place and is not God/man.

I know this will not be acceptable to you but remember, when Christ was still a man, He asked His father to remove this cup from me, but not my will but thine. This showed that as a man He had different desires as far as the crusifixion was concerned but was obediant to His father.

Your defense resorts to what the Roman Catholic Church calls the heresy of Nestorianism, which is the idea that the divinity of Jesus is completely separate from the humanity of Jesus. This is a common belief among Protestants derived from the Zwingli tradition who rejected the idea of Mary as "God bearer". They say she only gave birth to Jesus' humanity.

I don't really care about the Roman Catholic's Heresy of Nestorianism. In fact there are many things about the Roman Catholic church that I disagree with, as well as the church I attend. I am not religious. There are no perfect "religions" out there. All religions are man made and are flawed. I follow one that is as close as I believe I can come, in my town and country but what I strive for is a close relationship with Christ, my Savior. Everyday, every choice is made trying to be more like Him. It is impossible but it is the target that my sight is on.

Christ was God and Man. If He was wholy God, the temptation would have been a mute point, the sinnless life would have been as well. Mary gave birth to a human child that had God as it's soul. God lived as human, ate, drank, walked, got tired, got slivers, went to the bathroom, laughed, cried, studied and became a Rabi, then, gave the most world changing three years of service in the ministry ever.

If He was wholy man He could never have endured the punishment that was given to Him and last up until He chose to give up His spirit. Also, He could not have defeated death, descended to Hell, taken the keys to Hell and then been resurected and spoke to thousands of people after His death and then ascended to the right hand of God.

There is a dual nature to Jesus. He was God but he was also a human
being. God was still present in spiritual form when Jesus existed. It's
not an easy concept to wrap your mind around but that is why you seem
to see suspected disagreements when they really are not.

yes, most churches say 'impossible', and
Yahushua did plainly say "with men" is is impossible,
but that doesn't mean it
is impossible. most churches simply don't let God do the impossible, and
they won't teach you or anyone else to let God do the impossible,
even though
Jesus said "with God, all things are possible", including for good example
"you must be perfect, as your Father in heaven is perfect".....
he wasn't just sprouting tomatoes....
and so therefore,
even though you were taught and still to this point think or believe it is impossible,
and even though that is entirely true for men,
nevertheless,
it is not just entirely possible for God, but is His expectation to do so for all those who trust in Him to do so, exactly as His Son Jesus says.(which see;look up; read and keep reading, as only He is Able, yet He Promises to do so for men who trust Him to do so).
