High heels are bad for your feet and your back.

High heels are bad for every bone in your body.

Because they cause you to walk incorrectly.

Problem i had with high heels is getting 4 matching ones!!!!!

I certainly find them a problem. But what's the moral or ethical implication?

Because our body is a temple and we shouldn't do harmful things. That being said, time for more coffee. ;)

They are just an extension of the patriarchy to keep women as sex objects.

That said, women have been using them against men for decades to take the shoes back.

And they are impractical.

High heels were originally for men.
*quick google* Oh, right. In the 10th century to keep their shoes in stirrups while riding and shooting bows.

It also doesn't help that when I hear high heels I think of 6-inch stiletto heels—not meant for riding a horse.

Saw these at the museum the other day. Quite lovely!

Responding to the OP: If you can't wear high heels when you're pregnant, and you can't wear them when you're old (back or feet troubles), then why wear them when you're 20's to 40's? That said, my mother only wore heels to church until she got to her 50's then wore sensible shoes, and my granma wore 1900's black thick 2' heel shoes all of her adult life till she died at 91. She's probably still wearing them in heaven.

From what I can see, high heels are the primary cause of bunions.
