My best friend shared her thoughts on how I’ve changed. She said I lost my spunk. I think God replaced my pluck with faith and trust in Him. I can stare down obstacles with the knowledge that He’s beside me. I don’t need to make things happen. Its already done.

I have a couple of days off work and am making the very most of it.
I had a fab lunch out with friends today - good food and good conversation.
Tomorrow, I'm off to our local cathedral city for a walk around. Going to be spending some time sitting in silence inside the cathedral that has been there for 1300 years and joining in the eucharistic service. Then it's plaice and chips in a quirky tudor cafe.
