Hey this could be fun. How about "Hamas stop firing = war ends" ? I like that one.
Meanwhile Hamas brings misery, death and destruction to Palestinian women and children.

Can't just stop there, however, unless Israel also permits them to live freely and not as a people under seige.
But can't stop there because there will still be Palestinians who want to return to the homes of their grandfathers and will fight to do so.
But can't stop there because Israelies live in those areas now, and they're not going to abandon their new homes.
Before you know it, we're all the way back to Isaac and Ishmael.

So if Hamas stop firing rockets Israel will cease to ration power and water supplies? Allow Christian Palestinians free access out of Gaza, allow them import goods to sell to their neighbours, allow them access to the Holy Land without restrictions, etc etc etc...?

Yes and Hamas should fill in the terror tunnels, stop using women and children as human shields, and amend their charter to live peacefully side-by-side with Israel. (We know that is what Israel has wanted from the very beginning.)
Afterall, it was Hamas who attacked Israel (not the other way around) and Hamas that has broken the numerous humanitarian cease fires. I have to think that Hamas had a plan when they attacked Israel, that they knew that Israel had a sophisticated military. Hmm--maybe their plan was to USE the women and children to isolate tiny Israel and that they hoped that Israel would be sanctioned because of Hamas' actions. The stated object of Hamas is to destroy Israel--nothing more.
I know that there is more than enough talk AGAINST little Israel, but here is one youtube with a different point of view. Might as well be fair and be aware of BOTH viewpoints.

It would have been nice if the charter was changed and Hamas and Israel could live peacefully, but the charter still claims that rocks and trees will say "There is a Jew hiding behind me, come and kill him", and Hamas STILL refuses to recognize Israel's right to exist. In 2008, Hamas was listed as a terrorist organization.

It has NOT been removed and as late as yesterday a spokesman for Hamas said that he will not recognize Israel's right to exist. As late as today Hamas has said that there WILL BE no truce and no ceasefire.
It has been reported (I think it was in an article on Sunday) that Hamas had Israeli uniforms ready and planned to use the "terror tunnels" into Israel to kidnap as many Israelis as possible. And you know that one of the "terror tunnels" went to a Israeli kindergarten.
And don't forget what Hamas did this last time--shot a rocket at Israel, it fell short into one of their own hospitals, killing nine children--so they blamed Israel for the deed. They USE the children and women as PR. They don't care.
Even Egypt knows that Hamas is the aggressor. Looks like everybody in the Mideast knows it as well.

I just don't get the support for a secular government that is killing innocent women and children under the guise that this land was promised to them. The truth is, by the posts on here, it is evident that some of you are falling into that trap.
These "secular politicians" don't have God in mind when they are doing the killing. This has nothing to do with being anti-semitic. I'm really tired of hearing Christians lash out against other Christians in this way, just because they don't support this evil. This term self-hating jews for Jews who don't support what their politicians are doing is just another way to manipulate people and bash them because they don't buy into the agenda. Just because you are a Jew doesn't mean you are entitled. Just because you profess to be a Christian doesn't mean you are saved.
Do you think Jesus would condone this killing of Palestinians? He brought us a new way. All you have to do is read the words of Jesus in the Gospel.
If you are Catholics and Orthodox who buy into the millennialism, then you need to research what our churches teach-Our churches tell us to read the old testament through the eyes of the new. When Jesus came, he invited us all to the table. Jews, Gentiles, Palestinians, you name it ...everyone. Lest anyone think I am
