Reading through the last few posts I'm pretty confused as to how it got to the point it got.
I too do not understand the term "flesh being saved". As Dids stated we are told to "overcome" the flesh and not allow the flesh to dictate the way we walk with God. The soul is saved. The flesh will die and return to dust. It does not need saving.
The only thing I can think is maybe she means "redeemed" in terms of the resurrection... ??
Romans 8: 22-24
We know that the whole creation has been groaning as in the pains of childbirth right up to the present time. Not only so, but we ourselves, who have the firstfruits of the Spirit, groan inwardly as we wait eagerly for our adoption as sons, the redemption of our bodies. For in this hope we were saved. But hope that is seen is no hope at all. Who hopes for what he already has?
