For those of you who do not speak Elvish I apologize, perhaps later I'll post a translation, but probably not. Even if you don't understand the words it's still a nice little poem I wrote. Comment somebody?

Manoi aiye cal valareva
Manoi chebe macil noldorel
Manoi tire vana vanyareva
Manoi linde iquetta teleriel

Manoi uaiye manoi uchebe
Manoi utire manoi ulinde
Chebuva hi ondo yesello

Cheb bele noldorel vana vanyareva
linde teleriel ar anna valareva​

That's it, where's my Elvish Dictionary? I'm going to translate this thing if it takes me all night! Sorry, Elohir, I'm not that good at Elvish yet

Lol. It took me days to write this thing and get it all to rhyme and still make sense. It's really what developed during a story line with an elf on a quest for the Isilond of Aule. It's the riddle that needs be solved before one can weild the Isilond, you'd have to read the story, I stink at summaries.

Well, I got the main idea...I think. The exact wording I can't quite figure out, but it kinda makes sense. My dad was trying to figure out how someone who spent so long trying to translate an Elvish poem could be so bad at French, but that's the way things are .

And you know, now you're going to have to get that story somewhere where I can read it...after spending so much time translating the poem, (almost three hours) I'm dying to see what it's useful for

OOOh, big word. lol. Don't worry, I'm working on the translation, but I'm afraid it won't have the same rythm and rhyme no matter how I translate it.
