An "instinct" species? How so?

Wars! Hatred! Foolishness! Isaac Newton predicted the end of the world in 2060 AD. Looking at the crude oil supplies and the overpopulated earth, how could it last much longer than that

“And I heard the man clothed in linen, which was upon the waters of the river, when he held up his right hand and his left hand unto heaven, and sware by him that liveth for ever that it shall be for a time, times, and an half.” –Daniel 12:7

From a folio cataloged as Yahuda MS 7.3g, f. 13v Isaac Newton notes:

"So then the time times & half a time are 42 months or 1260 days or three years & an half, reckoning twelve months to a year & 30 days to a month as was done in the Calendar of the primitive year. And the days of short lived Beasts being put for the years of lived kingdoms, the period of 1260 days, if dated from the complete conquest of the three kings A.C. 800, will end A.C. 2060.” – Isaac Newton

As Charlemagne was crowned king on December 25, 800 by Pope Leo the III so the day of Christ's coming will be on Christmas Day, 2060. If the rapture of the saints (1 Thessalonians 4:16-17) occurs seven years before the time of Christ’s coming the date of the rapture 12.25 2053. However… Isaac Newton notes…

“It may end later, but I see no reason for its ending sooner. This I mention not to assert when the time of the end shall be, but to put a stop to the rash conjectures of fancifull men who are frequently predicting the time of the end, & by doing so bring the sacred prophesies into discredit as often as their predictions fail. Christ comes as a thief in the night, & it is not for us to know the times & seasons which God hath put into his own breast." –Isaac Newton

What does this have to do with instincts? Or did you mean extinct?

Assuming you mean extinct . . .

All we have is your say so, and completely speculative opinions. I am more interested in facts. Do you have any of those?

And yet the human population has only continued to expand. Go figure.

Isaac Newton was a much better theologian.

Isaac Newton was also a much better mathematician whose calculations were much more sound.

I think it is supposed to be "extinct". Would be interesting to see if "extant" and "instant" were also confused.

If it is supposed to mean extinct, I don't see why he thinks that humans would be extinct by now if they had existed longer than he thinks. I guess not much faith in the survival of humanity? Additional comment, there are species which existed for millions of years before they went extinct, and modern humans haven't existed for even half a million years.

It's an excuse to ignore the fossil evidence.

A skeleton that has been in he desert just a few years looks no different than the skeletons exhibited in this thread.

Mankind has been footing around this earth between 6 and 7 thousand years... No longer! And there is no written literature to support it before the birth of Christ. The works of Lao-Tzu may have dated 500 BC, the works of Moses 1500 BC, and Greek literature 700 BC.

Why is that? It is because that man has not been on the earth that long!

Um, you do realize those skeletons were cleaned, and possibly even replicas of the real ones in those pictures, right? And that writing is an invention, humans could have easily existed for thousands of years with no written language. Also, the wonderful thing about bones, they are durable to last this test of time. We don't determine their age by physical appearance.

Where is the written literature  Someone from a million years ago had to write something for all this nonsense to be true!
