We were all created yesterday by Russell's Teapot, and the only reason we look old and have memories is because the laws of physics governing how things age and how memory is created were different yesterday before the split. Really, everytime I wake up, nothing is the same and everything is different. My brother and I just had a conversation and it would appear he remembers things different from the way I remember them. In fact it is very difficult to get any two honest people to agree on anything that has taken place in the past. Then you have Physicists who say there is a parallel universe(s) where different possible realitys play themselves out.

Recorded history only goes back so far. In my family they only have written records back to around 800 ad. God has provided natural records for us. There is a record in the DNA, also Geology contains a record of the natural world. It is difficult to get people to agree. I asked a friend of mine with a phd in physics about the string theory and he got upset and said he never studied it and does not accept it. All I know about it is an hour program I saw on PBS TV and even with his PHD he does not seem to even know that much about it.

I disagree. You only claim it is a record of this nature because this is where we see it from. If it was a different nature in the past, we would still see what we see.

It is a bit like asking why those that chose to believe in Jesus will never die in the future. If all we do is look at how we are all dying now, it will not address how it will be then. If we look at how we again will see our loved ones there, as opposed to how they are ripped away from us now, we will see that the present is not any key to the future.

Yes. Old stories that do not indicate an ancient world are wrong.

Because the different radioactive materials decay at different known rates. So, if we try several dating techniques, one would say, for example, that the subject is 50,000 years old, one would say a million, one would say ten million and another would say 700 million.
