I live in GR but was out on vacation last week & just found out about this. I don't really know much about it yet.

I do know BLM has been at odds w/ the GR police department especially for a couple years now.

GR does not mean "Greece" - I suppose?

Whatver it is, when I say "Black Lives Matter" I mean just that: that black lives do matter.

I think as Christians we can agree to omit the word “black” and just say that lives matter.

Ok I just watched the video on YouTube and I don’t know, it’s a tough situation to call. If Patrick had tasered the cop he could’ve gotten his gun. I can understand the officer not allowing that to happen because he’s fighting with some guy not knowing what he is capable of and I surely wouldn’t want to put my life in the hands of someone like Patrick who was willing to fight a police officer to escape going to jail. I have to say that the officer’s life was put in jeopardy and he did what he had to do.

Except for the fact that they remain silent when whites are killed by cops. They’re an anti white hate group.

You were the one making the claim.
It would be your job to at least be specific as to who you're talking about, especially when you judge them as "murderous". Have they been charged or convicted of murder in a court of law? Court of public opinion doesn't count.

I was just talking to my wife the other day about the <Fe>Good Ol' Days,</Fe> when we could protest the absolutely evil way innocent black men were abused by police. These days we seem mostly to be protesting black men who are in the wrong being abused by police--the protest is over degree, not kind. Although there are certainly exceptions, it seems the number of completely innocent black men killed by police is equal these days to the number of innocent white men killed by police.

When shizzle is going down, particularly in hand-to-hand combat, everyone is fighting for their lives. What seems to be clear afterward is not clear at all within the fog of combat.
