CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

In his classic Facts are Facts, Jewish historian, researcher and scholar Benjamin Freedman writes:
Jesus is referred as a so-called "Jew" for the first time in the New Testament in the 18th century. Jesus is first referred to as a so-called "Jew" in the revised 18th century editions in the English language of the 14th century first translations of the New Testament into English. The history of the origin of the word "Jew" in the English language leaves no doubt that the 18th century "Jew" is the 18th century contracted and corrupted English word for the 4th century Latin "Iudaeus" found in St. Jerome's Vulgate Edition. Of that there is no longer doubt.
John 7:1, "After these things Jesus walked in Galilee: for He would not walk in Jewry, because the Jews sought to kill Him."
According to Strong's Greek Lexicon, the English word "Jewry" in this verse was translated from the Greek word #2449 Ioudaia {ee-oo-dah'-yah} feminine for the land of Judea. Modern translations no longer use the word "Jewry" but the correct translation, "Judea," as in the New American Standard Bible: "And after these things Jesus was walking in Galilee; for He was unwilling to walk in Judea, because the Jews were seeking to kill Him." The New International Version uses the same word. However, these translations continue to improperly use the word "Jews" in the same verse. A consistent translation would read: ". . . He was unwilling to walk in Judea, because the Judeans were seeking to kill Him."
Today most people think of Jews as the people of Israel, but that is not correct. An Israelite was one who had descended from Jacob. In Jesus' time individual Jews may or may not have descended from Jacob, but they all recognized Pharisaism and not the Law of Moses. A Jew is properly a Judean.

He said 'Only the Father knows the time'. Only the Father knew the time that Israel would return. You're even disagreeing with the Lord Jesus.
Is there not a pastor or an elder you can have a bible study with- this might help you a lot friend. Some of your interpretations are completely off the chart.

Like I said, the Apostles' perspective was not right or do you believe the Apostles were infallible?Please, answer the scripture posted from Acts 1. Jesus and the twelve apostles believed it.

Jesus was present there too. I believe Jesus. Let's recap. This is a New Testament event. This is after the apostles had received the Holy Spirit. This is a conversation between The Apostles and JESUS!
Acts 1:6 Then they gathered around him and asked him, “Lord, are you at this time going to restore the kingdom to Israel?”
Acts 1:7 Jesus said to them: “It is not for you to know the times or dates the Father has set by his own authority"
Jesus did not say that the church had replaced Israel.
Jesus said that only the Father knew when the Kingdom would be restored to Israel.
Jesus believed that the Kingdom would be restored to Israel.
The Lord Jesus, the Son of God, The Holy one of Israel, our Lord and Saviour believed that the Kingdom would be restored to Israel.
The time of the restoration of the Kingdom to Israel is set by the Father's Authority.

But not to the people currently occupying a small part of the holy land and who falsely claim to be Israel. Jesus told them that the Kingdom was taken from them and given to the people who bear the proper fruit. Matthew 21:43

lismore; there will be no redemption for those who reject Jesus, your belief of Jewish Israel being saved and restored, isn't Biblical and will not happen.

The OC Mosaic Priesthood was replaced with the NC Melchizedek Priesthood of Christ.......
The OC Priesthood or sacrifices will never ever be accepted by Jesus in the future, Temple or no Temple........

The All of Israel that the Lord will save, will be every faithful Christian person; the Overcomers for Him, the Israelites of God, from every tribe [of Israel] every race, nation and language.They will not always reject Jesus, one day all Israel will be saved Romans 11:26.
