During “boom times”, no less. The growth in the annual deficit under Trump ranks as the third-biggest increase, relative to the size of the economy, of any U.S. presidential administration.
Not when you use it literally.
Now that is a very strange thing to call attention to considering what the Dems have done and are intending to do as far as spending goes. The growth in the annual deficit under Trump ranks as the third-biggest increase, relative to the size of the economy, of any U.S. presidential administration.
Regardless of any negative assertions, Trump is very much supported by his party and there can be no doubt it still is and will continue to be his party.

Then the 2020 elections will be the first of many GOP failures to come.
Good. As long as Donald Trump is the center of GOP's political universe, then I hope the Republican Party continues to fail in the 2022 mid-term elections and the 2024 presidential election. I'd love to see Trumpism crumble to the ground even if that means the Republican Party splits in the process.

What has this White House done that the “far left” (hint: this country doesn't have a left party, let alone a “far left one), should be enamored with?Remember -
But one number almost always goes unheard: more than 1,030 seats. In many ways the current administration is a continuation of the Obama reign. The decisions being made at the White House, while popular with a number on the far left - they don't sit well with a number of his own party members.
That's the number of spots in state legislatures, governor's mansions and Congress lost by Democrats during Obama's presidency.
I would not be at all surprised that the party looses a number of seats on both houses in 2022.

Do you really believe that a YUGE segment of “the left” in this country wants to nationalize industries?hint - yes it does and if you cannot recognize what is widely spoken of I have no frame of reference you would understand.

They are not at a turning point. They are doing a continuance of the last 4 years. Denial of facts, spreading of lies and conspiracy theories, fear mongering, inciting of violence, funnelling money to D Trump... and removal of anyone that doesn't tow this line.It seems to me the choice has already been made.
Do you really believe that a YUGE segment of “the left” in this country wants to nationalize industries?
...actually no it doesn't. The Left in the US is probably center right in most of the developed nations on earth.
What, then, constitutes “far left” for you?
