2. Nothing in scripture states what he said. Even Romans 1 does not say anything about where God is only what people can see.

3. God created the cosmos which encompasses the totality of the known and unknown universe. The universe, His creation, is much bigger than just the earth.

Where is his throne ?

God is not limited to time and space. If you are asking where God’s throne is in our 3 dimensional world, then you don’t realize that God lives in many dimensions. There is at least 4 and probably more. You are limiting God to your narrow view of the world again. Since you can’t understand simple 3 dimensional geometry, I wouldn’t expect you to understand more. One can even demonstrate a 4 dimensional creature with mathematics. In four dimensions, time becomes irrelevant, but a four dimensional creature can understand 3 dimensions, just like you, a 3 dimensional creature, can understand 2 dimensions.
