It's hard to keep up with you at times, some verse are literal & some are symbolic, what gives here ?

Study how to interpret scripture. Study hermeneutics and the different kinds of context. And then use your common sense since apparently you threw that one out the window.

I’ve come across a Buddhist and Buddhism a good few years back. This is the sort of phraseology they use - a sense of knowing.

Well you either know or you don’t know. If you’ve got “a sense of knowing” then you don’t know.

Flat earth is certainly a belief. It’s not based on evidence because all evidence points to a globe earth. Therefore it’s a belief against the evidence, which makes it irrational.

I don't know why you're asking this as though you've never heard of the concept before and it's all a mystery.

You have been told that the Bible uses poetry, allegory and symbolic language. I asked you something once and you even replied, "that's allegorical." When I first met you on here, you were insisting that the Bible was "true to the letter", but later added, "except for the parables, obviously".
You have been told that the Bible contains different kinds of writing - poetry, history, prophecy, letters to churches, proverbs etc etc and not all the language is to be taken literally.
You have been told about the importance of studying Bible passages, in context and discerning what the author/speaker meant.
You have been advised, as Paul advised Timothy, to study and learn.
Yet you act as though this is all completely new to you.

God hasn't given any written evidence or detail.
He has given men and women the ability to discover, wonder, ask questions, research and find out about his creation.
You have been told this umpteen times, have even agreed that the Bible doesn't teach a Flat Earth and yet still continue to repeat it.

I think it's a sign of running out of argument - if in doubt, just say "God did it/told me".

It was under the Byzantine Empire that Greeks changed from their pagan naming of days to enumerating them, except for Friday and Saturday which they named "Preparation" and "Sabbath" following the Jewish custom, and Sunday which they named "Lord's day".

"Standing in the sun" simply means standing with the sun behind you, just like fighter planes during the war attacking "out of the sun". No one imagines the fighter planes starting off at the actual sun, they are simply diving towards their enemy with the sun behind them.

Everybody who reads Scripture interprets it.
