I don't THINK I know how far away the stars are;
He didn't say you'd changed the words but the meaning of the words.
No, but you're writing as though they are only a short distance away.
Don't you realise just how vast, awesome and breathtakingly beautiful God's creation is? And the thing is, that he is far bigger and more powerful and majestic than his creation.
Study how to interpret scripture. Study hermeneutics and the different kinds of context. And then use your common sense since apparently you threw that one out the window. It's hard to keep up with you at times, some verse are literal & some are symbolic, what gives here ?
You did indeed changed the meaning of the words and therefore the message.Still I've never changed the meaning either.
Nonsense and not biblical.-They are not far away right up in the sky. Just as Paul states God is not far away, because God is not far away. God is right above the raqia, the waters above the raqia and His creation the earth.
Nonsense and not biblical.
You did indeed changed the meaning of the words and therefore the message.
“Not a belief it is a sense of knowing”???How can I put this ? Flat earth is not a belief it is a sense of knowing.
-They are not far away right up in the sky. Just as Paul states God is not far away, because God is not far away. God is right above the raqia, the waters above the raqia and His creation the earth.
Yes, they are.-They are not far away right up in the sky.
Too right. God is in me; how about you?Just as Paul states God is not far away, because God is not far away.
God is not far away; he is in each of us. Even non Christians were made by him and in his image.I'd like to know why not.
Flat earth is certainly a belief. It’s not based on evidence because all evidence points to a globe earth. Therefore it’s a belief against the evidence, which makes it irrational.
God is not far away; he is in each of us. Even non Christians were made by him and in his image.
He is not sitting above the raqia - turn left at the next cloud and straight on till morning.
I don't know why you're asking this as though you've never heard of the concept before and it's all a mystery. It's hard to keep up with you at times, some verse are literal & some are symbolic, what gives here ?
God hasn't given any written evidence or detail. The evidence I receive is from God .
It was under the Byzantine Empire that Greeks changed from their pagan naming of days to enumerating them, except for Friday and Saturday which they named "Preparation" and "Sabbath" following the Jewish custom, and Sunday which they named "Lord's day".I reckon it was Constantine, back in 321 AD.
Indeed it is and indeed it has.No it's not a sphere & it hasn't been proven.
"Standing in the sun" simply means standing with the sun behind you, just like fighter planes during the war attacking "out of the sun". No one imagines the fighter planes starting off at the actual sun, they are simply diving towards their enemy with the sun behind them.Like an angel is going to be speaking to all the birds in the sky, from 93 millions miles away.
Then I saw an angel standing in the sun; and he cried with a loud voice, saying to all the birds that fly in the midst of heaven, “Come and gather together for the supper of the great God,
Everybody who reads Scripture interprets it.I don't interpret scripture, I read it as it is.
