have n-e of you guys had dreams where god tells you what your calling is? I had this dream a few days ago and to make a long story short it was about God telling me my calling was Praise and Worship and the weird thing the next day my mom told me i should sing for church too. And i didnt tell her about the dream yet.

CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

u are such a blessed person.. and yes people do get dreams.. and u know.. hus to say that it's not possible... God works in wondrous and mysterious ways... and just like the old times He speaks through dreams... God bless you... and keep us posted if ever u start in the music ministry!

yea I do consider my self blessed but the thing is I get stage fright. My mom told me if thats what God wants me to do he make ways for me to get over it. And yes i will let you guys know if i do ok. Thanx

Understood as it is... we all get stage fright sumwer in our system... in whatever differnt ways... if u know wat i mean. =)
Your mom is right too... but at the same time...not everything happens within our comfort zones. Just remember, that there is nothing in this world we cannot overcome as long as we are in Christ Jesus. That's a promise given to us. And in terms of temptations, struggles... if you find that this fear is making you feel all uneasy. Remind yourself at that very moment, God has given me assurance of victory. And in that victory He knows what I go through and He knows that in everything that will happen, you can overcome. No matter how big you think and impossible it may be. God is good... He is ever faithful and never did He disappoint and broken a promise. I'm sure if you ask Him, He'll gladly bless you and take it away. Let Him do the work.
