Yes and no. About 50% of the time. Doc wanted me to do pendulum exercises three times a day, 5 minutes each time to get it loosened up. I start rehab tomorrow...ej said:Hey... you still wearing the sling?
I'm back at work right now...I can type pretty good, but moving a mouse is hard, so I've been working half days this week.
Doc said, don't move past 0 degrees (which I can't even get there anyway), and no heavy lifting. If you lift anything heavy, you risk tearing the souchers (sp) right off the anchors. (They drilled anchors into my bone, then souchered the ligaments to them or something like that...)
