Now we move on to the 17th book of the New Testament, Titus.
Titus 1:
Paul warns Titus, who he calls his "spiritual son" to be aware of those who would do this:
"Unto the pure all things are pure: but unto them that are defiled and unbelieving is nothing pure; but even their mind and conscience is defiled. They profess that they know God; but in works they deny him, being abominable, and disobedient, and unto every good work reprobate." ~Titus 1:15-16
Tragic.

THIS is PROFOUND!
POWERFUL!
We are told right HERE what is a defense AGAINST the hardening of our hearts!
And THAT "defense" is in the "encouraging" of our brothers and sisters in Christ and ministering to them.
Is that BEAUTIFUL how God works that out or WHAT??!!

God's Word really DOES "feed" us, doesn't it?
And as i think on this particular verse in Hebrews, this other verse comes to mind, for God really DOES show us "new" things each and ev'ry time we delve into His Word, doesn't He?

God CEMENTED His relationship to us, THROUGH Jesus, our PERMANENT High Priest. He's PERMANENT!!!!! We will never ever be a homeless, bereft, lost soul again. HE ain't goin' nowhere, and neither are WE!!!!

And Jesus, our High Priest is right there to testify to it.
