Oh by the way...glad I don't rely on recording this show and watching it later like some people do here. Contrary to what they said, it was not on at the special time of 9:00 like CBS.com or T.V. Guide said. It was on at 10:00, just like it usally is.

Hmmm...it was on an hour earlier here. It usually comes on at 9PM, last night it was on at 8PM. I guess it depended on your location?

The season finale is 9/21. If you are in or near New York City I know of a good finale party going on - a lot of racers will probably show up.
So, I guess that means that it will be over in 3 more episodes? Last season there were 13 episodes. I wonder if the season finale is a double?. Seems like it's over too quick doesn't it?

Thanks for the invitation to the finale party in New York. It was very sweet of you. But I'm afraid my son has an orthodontist appointment the next morning at 9AM so I won't be able to make it. (I'm in California ;) )

As noted in the spoiler thread, all you have to do is code potential spoiling messages thusly:
Lance and Marshall are fat, that's why Marshall's knees give out[/spoiler.] Less the periods (or full stops) after the equal sign and /spoiler end tag. For more details check the thread link above.

:sigh: Sorry US!! I'm sort of new to the whole forum thing. I thought spoiler tags just meant writing Spoiler at the top of the post. I was trying to do it right. Now I know. ;)
Would it do any good to offer you another cookie? :sorry:

It sure does Wisdom Seeker!! My favorite shows always seem to fly by while the stuff I consider top be no good at all seems to last forever. LOL! I'm really enjoying this season too. I'll hate to see it end, especially if Colin wins.

It's always over too quick - but take heart, TAR 6 is right around the corner (I don't have a start date yet, though). And I won't be at the party either, unfortunately. Being in Pittsburgh with family responsibilities of my own prevents it, but that's OK. Last season's party looked like a blast - all the racers except Tian/Jaree and Steve/Josh were there, along with tons of racers from previous seasons. I would imagine this year Lance & Marshall will have their own party at Cafe Nostra. US, are you planning to go?

Oops, almost forgot to mention that the best guest of all is always at the NY party - Phil!

I love the Bowling Moms because they are the oldest in the leg and I always root for the underdogs. I don't like Christian & Colin. After Colin got arrested by the police, he nearly doomed himself. I love the models and Kim & Chip for their Christian views and also taking it all in strride. Maybe Colin and Christian should learn from them.

Another way to hide spoilers, I learned this in another forum site, is to code color your post in white. Just click and drag the portion of the text in the post that you want to change, click on the arrow next to the "A" with the underscore located above the post box (format keys) and choose the white block located on the bottom right of the color menu. When you post your message, the text you've changed to "white" will not be shown.

For example: Spoiler: (Click and drag to hilite the section below)

This Is A Test

And voila, you have a secret message. Kind of like using invisable ink.

Well, then I'm sure Mirna will show up. Here's her chance for Phil to see her all spiffed up instead of filthy and sweaty. ;) A match made in heaven or a restraining order waiting to happen?? Stay tuned, folks. ;)

Oh, one more thing: does anyone know if the race is ever going to come out on DVD like Survivor, Big Brother, and the Apprentice have? I'm DYING to see the first season again, especially since I only saw the second half of it the first time around!!!

Well, I don't think that any of them have been released yet, but it's very possible that they might be in the future. Check out this website...it has practically every TV show that's ever been on TV. It will let you know if it's out on DVD yet, if it's going to be released at some point, or, if neither is the case, then you can vote whether or not you'd buy it and in what format (individual episodes, complete season, best of, etc).
