I have suddenly come down with a painful chest cold just this afternoon. It's only been a few hours now but the sneezing is already burning my osophagus and I dread to think how painful it'll be when the coughing fits start.

Praying you will be led to whatever health helps will cause a speedy healing, whatever Abba knows is best. Some are helped by things like echinacea & goldenseal tincture, lots of sunshine on the skin (not enought to burn of course), fresh citrus fruits, rest (!) and salt water gargling. Just a thought.
