Well I play Minecraft alot, although recently its a bit boring even with its update. I keep see Terraria talked about alot. I had seen it and didn't care for it to much. But then I heard of Star Bound. Which is their new game but its more of a sci-fi version of Terraria and it really made me excited. Reminded me of the original Metroid games except obviously a sandbox game.

I tried a beta version of it and I did enjoy it. But I'm not 100% sure about it yet. I don't care for the full survival thing. The enemies I don't mind. Its the eating thing I don't like. I don't want to die from not eating food. I also heard your levels will be accessible by anyone since the universe is playable. Right now thats the one thing holding me back from getting it.

What are your views on Star Bound?

I like Starbound, but you hit the ceiling quickly when you get to the last tier of armor and weapons. At that point, there isn't much reason to explore etc. unless you want alot of items to build with. The game is still early access, so hopefully we will see more content and balance when the game is finished. Also the mining picks/drills run out of durability too fast. I do love the random planets and massive universe exploration though.
