I think it would be invisibility... sometimes I'd love to just disappear for a while, when I'm feeling really uncomfortable and out of place... which happens often. Another interesting super power which would be interesting to have, and useful, would be the ability to stop time...

By the way, some of the abilities mentioned in this thread are actually possible, most probably. It's not proven yet, but I think it's possible. We don't know everything about how the Universe works, so I believe that many things are possible which haven't been even discovered yet...

It's true. I know how to make people ignore me. I once disappeared in front of an entire classroom while giving a presentation...the teacher interrupted, went off on a tangent, and an hour later realized I was still standing there.

Shapeshifting. I'd turn into a bird and fly wherever I want to. No more bus passes to buy, and no parking to worry about. Plus I can turn into a fish and dive underwater whenever I want.

Okay I have an unusual one.

Anyone ever heard of the cartoon show Avatar, the last airbender? Maybe some of your children watch the show or something, but anyway, it's a show about how the four elements, water, air, fire, and earth are put into humans.

By that I mean waterbenders, as they are known, are able to control water, airbenders can control air, and so on.

The avatar is the person who is able to control all four elements. And that's the kind of thing I'd love to be able to do. Be an avatar. Fire shooting from my fingertips, being able to jump 40 feet into the air, controling water with my hands, and moving huge boulders and smashing rocks with my body.

Sounds kind of odd I know, but I'd love to be able to do that.

The Ability of Create FIRE... a flame, a fireball.. im sorry but i think Gambit form X-men is one of the coolest guys or TORCH for the Fantastic Four... there just seems something so cool about being able to create fire!!!

I would want the ability to shoot out extinguisher foam out from my wrists (or belly button). To combat dolls and fire starters... like the one above me. hehe. I shall be victorious!

I have, quite literally, wished to have telekinesis since I was in middle school, maybe younger. I have always things like the movie Matilda, and Jean Gray of X-Men was always my favorite strictly because she had telekinesis.
Alas, I suppose I was not meant for it?

Invisibility. I have always wondered how my presence effects the conversations around me. If I were invisible what would people do differently?

But I would preferably like to have my clothes when I re-appeared. If you have seen Fantastic 4 you know what I'm talking about.

I'd go for teleportation, not just of my self but anything I set my mind to: Got a bad guy problem, teleport his brain 3 feet to the left of his skull. Got a fire, teleport the flame away from the fuel source. Got a cancer, teleport the affected cells into the biohazard bag. All the advantages of telekenesis without having to move in a straight line. Like a Star Trek transporter "beaming" things here and there, but with my mind.
