To put a pin in that, I used to take pure ascorbic acid (vitamin C) to help with depression. I don't know what it did for my immune system, but I know that when I started taking it 30,000mg at a time the euphoria was just unreal. Same thing when I superdosed niacin and thiamine. (Thiamine made me an amazing Foosball player.)

Can't argue with the diet though. The only thing I'd say is make gradual tweaks to it over several weeks to get the body accustom to it. (But that's just me.)

Spices are powerful immune boosters. They have played a major role in medicine from the ancient times. There are too many spices to detail here for me at the moment. However, @~Cassia~ shared an excellent link that covers information about most of the spices.

I’m a student of Natural Hygiene since the ’90’s but that doesn’t guarantee that what I say is fact. Just look it up for yourselves

Indeed - there's good evidence that overdoing vitamin supplements is more dangerous than taking none.
Another reason to get your vitamins and minerals from food is that the corresponding nutrients that are needed for putting those to work in the body are usually found within them, rather than with supplements that are limited to one and hence the need for so many.
The best assurance is to eat a range of colours in fruits and veg because each corresponds to a different set of nutrients. God made them that way for a purpose.

However the nutrients came about, I agree with your summary - but let's not forget that the vast majority of the fruit and veg we eat now has been selectively bred for so long so it's unrecognizably different from its original (natural?) form.
