eat well, sleep well, get some exercise
"no" vitamins do not cure said one Dr
and of course, wash hands with soap and water 20 seconds

during flu season, advice is always "wash hands"

Please be careful about following the medical recommendations advised in the OP, particularly in regards to juice fasts and taking Vitamin D without first checking your levels. For years natural / alternative health proponents have encouraged people to take Vitamin D supplements, but in supplemental form excess can cause kidney damage.

As someone who doesn't trust the government, you sure you believe their notion that this is the only person in your area?

They have mostly tested those who get so sick they are needing hospital treatment. We were told there was only one in our area. Until they announced several others, and community spread. They had been there all along, just not sick enough yet to show up.

I live in an area which is a medical community/county, Scott and White. 25% of the 150,000 work for Scott and White. I think they are aware.
