First I want to ask if anyone before has ever tried to ask people here for support money to go on their mission trips?

I have seen posts about someone asking for money... I'm not sure
if it is allowed on this site...the other christian site I belonged to didn't
allow it.

You can check the rules/and or contact a moderator etc.

It's not allowed.

If you need trip funds, post a "work for hire" notice on your church bulletin board and list the types of things you are willing to do, and a reasonable hourly or flat rate.
